The nursing staff was equally impressive. They were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to help. My recovery was smooth thanks to their excellent post-operative care and regular check-ins. The hospital itself is very clean and the facilities are top-notch. From the administrative staff who handled my admission and discharge efficiently, to the medical team, every person I interacted with was professional and kind. My experience at Preeti Hospital was overall good. While there were some delays in service requests and occasional waiting times (I'd rate it around 5-6/10), the treatment and care made up for it. The doctors were exceptional, especially Dr. Rakesh Panda--he is truly a gem! His expertise and compassionate approach made the whole process smooth and trustworthy. We went for prostate surgery, and I must say, the care and precision with which Dr. Rakesh Panda handled it were remarkable. The surgery went well, and we were completely satisfied--I'd rate it 8/10. If you're looking for a doctor you can completely rely on, he is the one. The other doctors were also highly professional, though I felt the nursing staff could be a bit better. In terms of cleanliness and facilities, I'd rate it a solid 7/10. The hospital is very cost-effective, charging exactly what is necessary, neither overpriced nor underpriced. Emergency services were also decent (7-8/10). Another plus is the hospital's accessibility and parking--it's very easy to reach, and the guards handle parking efficiently, making it a hassle-free experience (10/10). Overall, I'd definitely recommend Preeti Hospital, especially because of the excellent doctors, and most importantly, Dr. Rakesh Panda and his team.

Hospital is easily accessible and very close to Lingampalli bus stop. Counter delays are heavy. Reception staff are too slow and reluctant to answer. Reports come very late.
