Very Disappointed with Dr. Mandadapu Navya and Prasad Hospital, Pragati Nagar I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mandadapu Navya at Prasad Hospital, Pragati Nagar, Hyderabad. She lacks the experience and proper judgment expected from a medical professional. I visited her for a basic issue related to tonsillitis, which was due to water exchange -- something that could have been treated conservatively. However, to my shock, she immediately suggested hospital admission, which seemed completely unnecessary. This hospital appears to be more focused on making money than actually helping patients. The push for admission felt like a tactic to extract more money rather than a genuine medical requirement. I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment suggested here. Do your research -- your health and finances deserve better.

I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. From the reception to the nursing team and doctors, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and all procedures were explained clearly, which helped ease any anxiety. We admitted my father at hospital for diabeties and infection surgical complaint which is taken care by Kapil sir. We got a positive response and good treatment from him. Nursing, ward maintenance people are so good at sevive and was available 24/7 and serving with smile too. Food, sevhces, accommodation, patient concern eveyrhjgn was so good. Starting from admission till discharge everything run smoothly. Finally got excellent treatment. Thanks for dietician, nursing department and Kapil sir and ward cleaning and maintainance department. Finally my special thanks to Dr. Ankita, surgeon give us wonderful treatment.

Worst experience with Dr Dilip (general surgeon and Prasad hospital,) Went for LIPOMA surgery It was the most painful surgery i ever had. There is no transparency in billing, they are just applying bills without giving medicine and extracting your money or claim amount i felt they charged a huge amount for very minor surgery. Not recommended at all.

My humble request to everyone If these people ask you to go to the hospital, please reconsider, get a second opinion, and don't believe them at face value. They don't know how to treat their patients, and they won't look out for your health; they'll only think about your money. Try to understand why I'm saying this because I was going to feel ashamed that when I was admitted, no one cared about my pain, my problems, or anything else. I sincerely ask that you avoid going to this hospital because you might end up with serious issues.

Related to Treatment and Service it's very good hospital. Dr. Ravi Teja is very cool n patience to here the concerns of patient and treated well. The main issue is it's completely target based treatment. For every department they have Sales Managers . Their work is achieve the targets. For every treatment they have fixed package like target,till they achieved that target they will work for that financials only. What they give the quotation at the time of admission, it will be min 50% higher side at the time of discharge. If patient have the insurance then go ahead. If you pay through cash then I strongly recommend until unless you are financially strong,don't go for it.

I have had interaction with 4 doctors at this hospital - General medicine pediatrics, orthopedic and physiotherapy. Everyone received the patient warmly, listened to patient, did their own examination and recommended medication which addressed the problems with one round of medication. Very happy with the treatment received. In physiotherapy department Dr. Priyanka pays particular attention to patient needs and constantly monitors the patient throughout the treatment cycle.
