We had an excellent experience at OMNI Hospital (kothapet). Dr. Nagella JayaSimha Sir is a highly knowledgeable and experienced doctor. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition before recommending surgery. He is very friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding support throughout my treatment. He is very patience in addressing my concerns. He was always accessible whenever I had questions and even responded over the phone. I underwent surgery at the clinic, and the procedure was successfully performed. I am now completely cured. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the way your staff has handled my repeated requests for basic information regarding the 24-hour urine collection test prescribed by your nephrologist for kidney stone analysis. For the past one week, I have been calling multiple times just to get simple details like what tests are included and the cost. Every time, I am told "upload reports and we'll tell you," or "come to the hospital, we'll explain." Even when I asked only for the test cost, I was not given a clear answer. On my last call, I was told "we already explained everything" - which is completely false. No one from your side has provided any information either about the process or the cost. I feel like my time is being wasted, and I am being pushed to visit the hospital unnecessarily, just for answers that can be shared on a call or email. In a time when home sample collections are common, and even smaller labs are transparent with test details, it's shocking that a reputed hospital like Omni is refusing to give basic clarity over the phone. This kind of experience is stressful and unacceptable for any patient already dealing with a medical issue. I am not writing this email to escalate formally or file a complaint, but I sincerely hope that you treat this feedback seriously and improve your communication and service standards. That said, I still need this test done as per doctor's advice. So, kindly provide me the following information in writing: Are all 8+ parameters (like calcium, sodium, oxalate, uric acid, etc.) included in a single 24-hour urine test package or done separately? What is the total cost, or individual test-wise cost if done separately? Is home sample collection available? If yes, what is the process? Is a prior appointment needed for the test or can I walk in? Please respond clearly and promptly, so that I can proceed with the test without further confusion.

My friend visit Dr. Saradhi goud for counseling. He made my friend feel low and invaluable. If you are young person suffering through family trauma please don't visit him as he lectures you about your values. He seems to be very ancient minded. My friend was being forced to marry, abused so she came out and he was asking her to go back for family values. Please do better Omni. Counseling needs empathy not lecturing.

My Father recently had a Hernia surgery at OMNI Hospitals, Kothapet and was extremely impressed with the care we received. The staff was professional and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our surgeon, Dr. Surya Prakash Reddy, was exceptional. He is clearly a highly skilled and experienced surgeon, and he took the time to explain the procedure to us in detail. He also answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. We are very pleased with the quality of care we received at OMNI Hospital, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch medical facility.

The staff seem to be very dedicated and professional in the way they handle patient care. Worst management ever, please don't prefer this hospital until it's emergency. They tell it takes 8 to 10 hrs for surgery to panic the people and the actual one will be completed in 4hrs. They don't even check if the patient is suffering from fever until the people around will update them. My mom has undergone cva surgery the surgeon is good but the hospital management is worse, everything will be late here please don't prefer this hospital.

I recently had a positive experience at Omni Hospital, Kothapet, particularly with Dr. Raghudeep, pulmonologist and Dr.pavan Kumar Reddy, General Phyisician. From the moment I checked in, the DMOs' (Dr.Bhavani and two others) and nursing staff (mounica, venanya, swathi, koteswari and others) were very friendly and efficient and they are palying key role for recovery of the patients by monitoring the health condition of the patient, time to time....really superb. DMOs' services are very effective. Dr. Raghudeep, pulmonologist and Dr.pavan Kumar Reddy, General Phyisician were incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen to my mother's concerns and explain her condition and treatment options clearly. I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout my visit. The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the entire staff demonstrated a genuine care for patients.
