Dr. Narmada Hospital

Please do not go to this hospital. They have no concern towards the patient's well being. All they care about is the money. No tests were taken. But the treatment was carried out. At the end of the treatment when I was supposed to be discharged then they remembered to test me for the so called infection they treated me for. Not an ounce of profesionalism in Dr. Shiva Sai. The staff will not consider your choices in selecting the rooms. They will not even ask you about your conveinience. They take decisions on their own and throw an elaborated bill on your face.

I had a great experience with Dr. Anitha during my pregnancy. She was very supportive and caring, especially when I faced many complications. Because of her guidance and encouragement, I was able to have a normal delivery. Her experience and calm nature gave me a lot of confidence. She was always available to answer my questions and made me feel safe and comfortable. I'm truly thankful to her for being by my side through this journey.

Horrible horrible experience! Had to wait for three hours to consult Mr. Vijay Kumar (General medicine). When enquired in reception they told that there are 5 patients ahead of me. Doctor vanished and turned up after two hours. No explanation nothing. After three hours they pushed three patients along with me into his room. And he had the audacity to chit chat with another doctor abt his daughter's birthday, holiday plans and what not. All the while with patient in the consultation room and many others waiting outside for three hours. He even got up showed around his new renovations in the room to another doctor leaving the consultation mid way. If you know the doctor personally you can barge in anytime. They give you a token number only for others to be sent before based on connections and associations. The doctor lacks professionalism and empathy and basic common sense that you can't chit chat with another doctor mid consultation so casually after making your patients wait hours at a stretch.

Dr.Vijay Kumar sir a renowned very much experienced paediatrician takes care of patients very well..he is so much dedicated and gives his 100 percent.His experience speaks everything.Patient crowd in Narmada is always over flooding....He manages to talk to 10 people at a time but with attention.I have not seen any dedicated doctor who can go for rounds even at 3 am ....I blindly go to him for any complications for my both kids...I suggest this place 100 for anyone....Though it's not a fancy multispeciality hospital.... This selfless doctor and his service makes this a best treatment place.9 kids in our family are born in Narmada hospital under the guidance treatment and supervision of Late Dr.Lakshmi Madam....I would love to say Great Dr.Lakshmi madam and Dr.A.Vijay Kumar sir ...grateful thankful for their services always...vaidyoo narayanoo harihii.....daivam maanusha roopeynaa

Extremely Disappointed with Dr. Vijay Kumar at Narmada Hospital We admitted our grandmother to Narmada Hospital initially, but due to the lack of improvement in her condition, we had to transfer her to Yashoda Hospital for further care. After some time, we decided to bring her back to Narmada, hoping for better treatment. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Vijay Kumar was nothing short of appalling. Dr. Vijay Kumar's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. When we arrived with our critically ill grandmother, he refused to admit her, even though her condition was worsening. He seemed more focused on his ego than on our grandmother's health. Despite our repeated pleas for help, he was dismissive and didn't show any urgency in treating her. He even scolded a doctor from Yashoda Hospital who had suggested a treatment approach, which shows a complete lack of teamwork and respect for other healthcare professionals. We begged Dr. Vijay Kumar to assist us, but he simply didn't care. His arrogance and refusal to listen to the family's concerns made an already difficult situation even worse. It's shocking that someone in the medical field could behave in such an unprofessional manner. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to avoid Dr. Vijay Kumar at all costs. We will be filing a complaint with the consumer forum, as no one should have to endure the treatment we experienced. The worst of worst hopsitals in hyderabad, People are really blind if they go.

The only reason this hospital is running is because of Dr.Vijaya Kumar gaaru. Once the responsibilities are handed over to someone else no one will visit this hospital. Very very very poorly managed. An OP takes almost 2-3 hrs to complete. Even though there is a token system, some random people enter and nothing can be done about it. If we ask the receptionist, maid the nurses the simple and arrogant reply they give you is "Aise ichh hotha yaha pe". Even after multiple complaints these things still continue to persist. Apart from these, the sanitation here is worse- You will find patients openly given salines/injections near the reception. The admission rooms/halls(Not sure about ICU), they are very badly maintained. No one here takes the responsibility of accepting this condition of the hospital

This is the worst hospital for a new born baby because they have NICU ward which is for no use because they had my new born baby kept in it for 4 days but couldn't cure his issues rather he landed into some serious health issues due to which we had to shift him to better place for good treatment. Worst when it comes to the way they care patients

I don't prefer this children hospital, they waste patient time, no proper response, staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was a comfortable Staff not keeping patients well inform. Inadequate response to request or complaints Long waiting before time and after I have waited 3 and half n hours make you wait for long hours, rip NICU staff
