I am a Senior citizen aged 60 years and visited the Main hospital opp to Vengamamba hotel for treatment of my wife 2 days back.We regularly visit LIMS because of excellent Medical care by Dr. YASHODHA Madam, Smitha Mam, Ramraj sir, Praveen sir, Nishith Reddy sir and Shankar sir. We visit both the branches. I had a bitter experience during my last visit at ICU with Dr.Anil. I was asked to go to ICU and meet Dr Anil for administering IV for my wife. Initially I was asked to go and purchase Injection and needle at first floor. I walked up as the lift was unreliable and taking too much of time. When I walked with injection in hand again Dr.Anil handed over a slip and said me to purchase medical disposable items again from first floor. I requested him politely "Sir, Can you arrange to get them so that I will pay the bill here as I am 60 years old and i have knee pain to again climb the stairs". He rudely answered that we cannot change rules for you and cannot hire someone to bring your medicines. These words of him speared me and he didn't have even the basic courtesy to respect my age in front of other junior staff. I am very sorry to write this Ramraj sir. Please educate him how to respect the elderly people and I have high regards for you and staff of LIMS. I had referred atleast 40 to 50 friends and relatives to LIMS because of your good nature. .

Personally I want say don't visit this Hospital Reception people are always busy with their personal calls, they don't give proper response and they don't know how to fill Op Cards write the details as their Wish The insurance department in this hospital is the WORST. we have 5 lakh package for Treatment but they don't submit current proper documentation they will be paid Money by the Patient . Treatment is also a disappointing treatment. Doctor checkup rounds are also Worst for patients .They don't have the punctuality Evening 4 to 5 until then they don't check patients even though they don't give quick response when the patient is suffering Pharmacy charges are so expensive BETTER TO AVOID THIS HOSPITAL FOR YOUR VALUABLE MONEY & HEALTH
