I , recently underwent hydrocele surgery at CARE Hospital, Musheerabad, under Dr. S. V. Chaitanya. He is an exceptional urologist who patiently reviewed my old reports, clearly explained my condition, and avoided unnecessary tests or procedures. He personally did the post-surgery dressing, showing great dedication to patient care. Overall, the hospital facilities -- reception, OP block, doctors, nursing, OT, and billing -- are excellent. However, the food supply department needs serious improvement in hygiene, as meals are served and plates cleaned near the bathroom area. I request the management to address this urgently.

We had open-heart surgery done for my 75-year-old father. The overall service was good, and the care provided by the following senior ICU nurses was especially excellent. They always referred to my father as "uncle," making him feel like a member of their own family. They consistently had warm smiles and showed great patience. During discharge, even though my father insisted on offering a tip, they firmly declined and said, "We are like your daughters or granddaughters, uncle. We cannot accept anything--just focus on getting well." That deeply touched my father. Please continue this positive attitude. We admitted my mother in care gurrunanak hospital at musheeraabad hospital. Under dr suryaprakash supervision. The treatment went on very well & the entire staff services are always good with smile face. Mainly the billing department was completed the billing formalities within 20 mnts, normally it takes 3 to 4 hours for insurance patient. We are very happy with care gurunank hospital services. Abdul Rahaman&Ramessh who are in billing department are so good towards patient concern plz.

Iam Dr Prasad,a retired Joint Director from AP Medical & Health services. Today(04.08.2025)early hours, I went to have a check ECG after experiencing some related symptoms,mainly to be under Dr Surya Prakash if need be. Thanks to God, it came normal. Now about the pleasant experience,I had- Right from the security person at the entrance,support staff with wheel chair,the male nurse on duty and the Duty Doctor were caring & courteous all the way, didn't collect any fee(though we offered & insisted),and expressed relief that the ECG was normal,wished us Good Luck,while seeing us off at the exit! It was really a unique & pleasant experience which my wife(Dr Adi lakshmi)&Mr Sudhindra(my neighbour,who accompanied us)also have experienced.
