The facilities of this hospital are unmatched. All the staff here are very kind and supportive and the rooms and other facilities are high end. I was consulting by Dr. Fatima Siddiqua and Dr. Seema Banu they carried out my delivery. They are the most humble and sweet doctors I have seen. Their way of talking and explaining things to the patients is too good. I delivered a 3.25 kg FEMALE baby and she was very supportive throughout the process. Thanks to Allah first for everything and then thanks to doctors for being so calm and understanding. My personal experience with the hospital and doctors is 5 star worthy.

I'm surprised by all the positive reviews because my experience was very bad i feel the reviews are paid or the morning staff works well and professional. I visited this hospital at night with my baby, who had a fever. The duty doctor was rude and unprofessional. She was on a video call with her husband the entire time, even during our consultation. It seemed like she just wanted to admit my baby or make us leave quickly so she could continue her call. When my worried mother stood near the door to see what was happening, the doctor sarcastically told the housekeeping staff to make her sit in the lobby. It was in a very unkind and unethical way considering her profession and she behaved like an uneducated human let alone a Dr. I hope the hospital teaches their staff to be more caring and professional, especially because dealing with sickness is hard for patients and their families.
