Dr Manoj Kumar Agarwala is one of the Best Cardiologists, his patience and empathy towards the patients is second to none. Apollo Hospital Hyderabad has excellent team that responds instantly to the needs of patients, facilities to attendants are inadequate sometimes it gives a feeling that attendants will get sick by the time the patients recover. If one does not have insurance it gets very costly

Doctor Manoj's service is good. Took good care of his patients, well diagnosed. However its the management I am not satisfied with (including their PA). During consultations, we have to wait for hours in the lobby to meet the doctor. There is no proper time management. Entire Apollo hospital reflects the same behaviour in terms of visitors time. Few nurse are not good in their service. They are ignorant and careless while treating patients. Once an incident happened with my own grandmother where they left the saline insertion tube open..due to which blood flowed out through her hand continuosly and nobody even noticed it for a while until we reported it. I found many flaws in the billing section too. When I asked them to revisit the final bill they gave to me..we found out that they have levied 70k worth of extra charges on us which we didn't opt for. I recommend Apollo only for thier doctor's expertise but management is very bad at their service.Be careful while you are admitting there.

Actually I went to Apollo and consulted dr.manoj garu in little emergency created by my local physician.in my local hospital they have suggested me a angiogram but I refused and went to Apollo hospitals,jubilee hills.as I went doctor saw my previous days reports he said there is no need of angiography but I stayed confused .he said ,I will be ok untill they give a kind of test and opted me to go for CT angiography. Doctor said there is nothing you thought as negative,i think it is just my illusion that something happened with me.as the doctor said "there is no such critical situation by seeing the reports as I said "but given me some medication and said me to revisit next year.i was so happy to know that I am fine.
