Really excellent experience of being an In-patient for treatment of Post Angioplasty followed by Infection in Lungs (pneumonia) for a period of one week from 15th to 22nd February. During the treatment I felt like at home, with the visiting Doctors friendly approach n advices n relentless service extended by all other staff members, made my stay wonderful. Even after discharge, the care shown towards my health, whenever I visited the Hospital for OP treatment, the reception n advises given are awesome. Overall, I can say the brand Apollo is Excellent in health-care with compassion n empathy.

Dr.K.J.REDDY and his team of doctors as well as nursing personnel are Excellent. However lack of adequate Restrooms and guidance for the patients scheduled for surgery is unsatisfactory.

My apologies but I have to share, we didn't get the follow-up call and consultation with the doctor. We did visit , called and informed the assistant of doctor, no turning back. We wanted to have discussion, I chased for follow up with Pravin who is taking care of Dr Ranga Reddy's patients / appointments. After 223 follow ups we left the case, as we felt Apollo hospital is more business driven, ofcourse the facilities , infrastructure and doctors might be good .. but too much to handle for them or the processes is not working well. It's very much commercialized. It's not about the money, but it's about the Service - Overall not satisfied. Thanks !
