    I was recently admitted for dengue treatment in Apollo Spectra, and from the moment of admission to the time of discharge, the entire experience was exceptionally smooth and well-managed. The hospital staff was supportive, attentive, and very professional throughout. A special thanks to Dr. Mala Devi Vinya Mam she took the time to clearly explain my condition, the treatment plan, and patiently answered all our questions, which gave me and my family a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Her calm demeanor, knowledge, and personal attention truly made a big difference in my recovery. The nursing staff was also very caring and responsive, ensuring timely medications and regular monitoring. Cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained across the facility, which is very reassuring for any patient. I'm extremely thankful for the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Mala Devi Vinya to anyone in need of medical attention.

    We visited Dr. Mohammed Naseeruddin (ENT surgeon) for the procedure of FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) and Septoplasty, our experience was truly excellent. From the very first consultation, he made us feel comfortable with his calm and respectful approach. He explained every step of the diagnosis and surgery in great detail, making sure we understood everything clearly without feeling overwhelmed--even though the procedure was a complex one. He patiently answered all our questions and never rushed through any part of the process. His reassuring nature and in-depth knowledge gave us complete confidence throughout. The hospital itself was also very impressive--clean, well-maintained, and highly organized. The environment was hygienic and sanitized, and the staff was polite and supportive. From admission to discharge, everything was managed smoothly and professionally. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Mohammed Naseeruddin at Apollo Spectra Hospital, Kondapur, to anyone in need of ENT care.

    Excellent Care for My Mother's Knee Replacement Surgery. We had a very good experience with my mother's knee replacement surgery at Apollo Spectrum Hospital. Dr. Venkataram Prasad Sir was extremely professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. His expertise and dedication gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The hospital staff, including the nurses and ayyamas (support staff), took great care of my mother. They were always attentive, caring, and available whenever we needed help. The overall treatment and support we received were excellent, and we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Thank you to Dr. Venkataram Prasad Sir and the entire Apollo Spectrum team for the outstanding care!

    It was a big surprise for me that in a big hospital like "Apollo" the washrooms are the worst I have ever seen. I visited for the annual health checkup and as a part of it they told to submit the urine sample, then I have used the toilet but after seeing I thought of giving the review with 1 star. There is no exhaust system in that toilets both in men's and women's toilets. Those who are healthy also will become patients after using those toilets. Management has to take an immediate action on this.

    The hygiene standards at this hospital are extremely poor. There's a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the premises, and the condition of the bathrooms is even worse. The placement of the mirror is also highly inappropriate, compromising privacy as it allows others to see inside the restroom area. Additionally, the medical checkup services are overpriced, and the staff lacks warmth and friendliness. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and would not recommend this facility.

    Our Experience with Apollo Cradle Maternity Services We chose Apollo Cradle for our second child's delivery based on the broader hospital network's reputation. While the nursing and housekeeping staff provided good care for both mother and baby, our overall experience was significantly hampered by serious billing and administrative issues. Despite initial assurances of cashless processing with our insurance, we received a substantial unexpected bill post-delivery. Our attempts to resolve this discrepancy with the billing team were met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. Subsequently, when we pursued claim reimbursement directly with our insurance company, they required detailed medical records, specifically the case sheet. Obtaining these necessary documents from the hospital was a frustrating and cumbersome process. We were required to submit a formal request in person and then return the following day to collect them. Additionally, we were charged 550 for these documents, despite the initial promise of cashless service which was not fulfilled due to the hospital's apparent inability to process it. This fee felt particularly unfair as it stemmed directly from the hospital's administrative shortcomings. Even when questioning this charge, our initial inquiries were met with a similarly unhelpful attitude. This entire situation created considerable stress and inconvenience post-discharge. We were left questioning our decision to choose this facility, especially considering the availability of other options.

    We chose Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital, Konapur for our delivery based on the positive reviews, but our experience was unfortunately far from what we expected. While our consulting doctor was exceptional and is the one positive aspect of our stay, the rest of our time at the hospital was deeply disappointing. The most concerning issues began after the initial payment was made. The level of service and care we received was unacceptable for a hospital of this reputation. Our delivery was on 20-07-2025 in the early morning, and we encountered several critical lapses in patient care: Housekeeping & Staff Attitudes: The support staff, including housekeeping, seemed more interested in receiving tips than providing a proper service. On a Sunday, after complaining about our uncleaned room being full of mosquitoes, we were told that staff were not available to clean. This is not the standard of service we would expect from a well-regarded hospital. The room was not properly cleaned or checked, even after we reported the issue in the afternoon and waited for hours. Pediatric Doctors: We were also distressed by the behavior of the pediatric doctors. They demonstrated a lack of empathy and a disrespectful, high-toned manner of speaking towards us. This created a very uncomfortable and unsupportive environment during a sensitive time for our family. Lack of Empathy and Proper Care Post C-Section: My wife, just 30 minutes after undergoing a C-section, was asked by a support staff member to move herself from the low-height ICU bed to a stretcher. The lack of consideration for her condition and the potential risk this posed was shocking. Room Condition and Hygiene: The room we were allotted was not only uncleaned but also had a pervasive smell and was filled with mosquitoes. We also noticed that the room furniture was dirty and had bugs, which is a significant health and hygiene concern. Nursing and Saline Administration: Nursing staff were often engaged in personal conversations and were not attentive to my wife's needs. We had to consistently monitor her saline drip ourselves and alert them when it was empty. On one occasion, blood backed up into the saline tube, and the nurse's response was a dismissive "ok." This is a severe failure in patient safety. These incidents have left us feeling regretful about our choice and concerned about the standards of care provided. It appears that the level of attention and service may be reserved for high-profile guests in deluxe or suite rooms, rather than all patients. We sincerely hope that the management, particularly those like Ms. Upasana Garu, will address these serious issues to prevent other families from having a similar experience. Regards, Srikanth
