My father got admitted here for liver treatment. KIMS hospital i liked the most in hyderabad as recently my mother also got admitted here and I found all good here. Cleanliness, behaviour of the staff, facilities all are good here but there is a scope to work on. All the receptionists for ultrasound department speak only pure Telugu language because of which it was very difficult to communicate. I was calling the other patients' attendants and asking to translate if they can. I am talking about both receptionists who sits at counter all the days in day time. Such places, which are open to the people, should have the staff who know English at least. Thank you.

Patient Reviews
My mother recently had bilateral robotic total knee replacement surgery at KIMS Hospital (Kondapur), and we are so grateful for the wonderful care she received. The surgery, performed by Dr. Sailaxman Anee, was a complete success. We can't thank Dr. Sailaxman Anee enough. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon, but he was also so patient with our many questions. The way he explained everything in simple language was truly commendable and gave us great peace of mind. My mother is now back to her daily routine, and we are optimistic about her steady recovery. A huge thank you also goes to the rest of the team, especially her physiotherapist. He took such great care of our mother and was a tremendous help with everything from insurance questions to the discharge process. Knowing he was always reachable made a world of difference.
Still waiting for an hr at the counselling cabins to make payment. Only one cabin is working. PA -7. Same waiting today for discharge token # DC1. Doctor is good, staff and care are excellent. But KIMS kondapur can't get the efficiency of the counselling rooms right. It's very sad......
My name is Rahul. I met with an accident in July 2024 and received treatment at KIMS Hospital, Kondapur. I underwent surgery there, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sai Laxman Anne and the entire KIMS staff for their exceptional care and support. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention.
Overall Experience: Positive with Some Areas for Improvement Pregnancy & Delivery Journey My first baby was delivered here at KIMS. Initially, we were consulting at another reputed hospital, but due to the distance, we shifted to KIMS from the 6th month of pregnancy. We started consultations with Dr. K. Chandrika ma'am, and my wife found her counselling and approach very knowledgeable, affirming, and supportive. She takes time to listen carefully and answers all questions patiently, which gave us a lot of confidence in continuing with her and choosing KIMS for delivery. Hospital Facilities & Staff The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were generally attentive and professional throughout our stay. About Dr. K.Chandrika Dr. K.Chandrika is excellent in terms of support, knowledge, and communication. One suggestion we have is that at times she could be more assertive and proactive in guiding the patient, especially regarding decisions like opting for normal delivery vs. C-section, explaining epidural implications, and ensuring junior doctors monitor the patient's condition closely. NICU Experience Unfortunately, our baby had to be taken to the NICU due to oxygen issues caused by face presentation during delivery. However, we were extremely satisfied with the neonatal care under Dr. Aparna and her team. The NICU doctors were patient, professional, and knowledgeable. The NICU staff were good too, but we felt that at times, important information during shift handovers was not communicated properly, which could be improved. Billing & Insurance Issues We faced some serious concerns regarding billing and insurance. When we opted for cashless payment, the estimated amount was 4-5 times higher than what we were originally told. The charges felt exaggerated and inflated, possibly to match cashless insurance claim thresholds. In general, the hospital charges are quite high and need better transparency and fairness. Final Note Despite a few setbacks, our overall experience at KIMS was good. We are deeply thankful to Dr. Chandrika, Dr. Aparna, and the entire care team for looking after our baby with such dedication. Management need to improve transparency of money as the costs are at higher side in this hospital . Also it need to be introspected and take a note of that many children turning to NICU after delivery is not that good. Also share every day amount update to ensure that they don't get into financial problems later.
My self Ch siva prasad I'm admitted in kims kondapur last 3days under Dr.phani raj . And hospital services is very good and also nursing staff and floors manager is name pavan sekhar is also very carefully to taking care and overall very nice Thanks you kondapur kims
My father had heart attack. We rushed to this hospital but they didn't even give any first aid and said that our card will not work here and we have to shift to KIMS Secbad... they wasted 2 hours for formalities and arranging ambulance in that emergency situation... that worsened the pain and he had complications... Shameful behaviour for a hospital... they don't care even if that's an emergency... they don't care about patients... This is just the old age MNC who mint money that's it!!! Utter waste...
We received a prompt response from the hospital and the medicine is exchanged by the pharmacy dept. Had this been done before, we could have saved the commute in heavy rain, commute expense and exposure to pollution. Maybe, front line pharmacist is not empowered to return the amount or inform doctor about medicines not available. Please look into that for better service. Thanks for prompt response and solving the issue. Regards, Geeta This is related to Kims Kondapur, I have taken my elderly mother 80 years for dermatologist consultation. Few medicines prescribed are not available in Kims pharmacy nor outside, after a week patient did not find relief so we visited again. This time we asked for alternative medicine. Doctor checked with pharmacy and they said they have the medicine. Prescription was for two strips of 10 tabs each, however the medicine was in a bottle with 60 tabs. When we enquired we were told that is how the medicine is sold. It is a very expensive medicine. Same day we received two strips of 10 tabs each from a online pharmacy where we had placed order previously. Now the pharmacy is refusing to take the unopened bottle, we are ready to exchange for another medicine that the doctor has prescribed, they refused saying that even that is not available whereas we find this available even in small medical stores. It is three weeks now we visited and kept calling the pharmacy everyday to get the medicine so that we can exchange the bottle of other expensive medicine. I personally visited the Kims Kondapur pharmacy twice to exchange. Pharmasist is very rude. They do not pick calls. They refused to acknowledge on the paid receipt that one drug has to be exchanged. I even took other family members medical prescription to buy medicine in exchange of the expensive medicine. They refused saying they cater only to the doctor s in Kims. Why can't doctors check before writing? Why can't pharmacy stock only those medicines that your doctors prescribe. What is your return policy of medicines, Why can't the pharmacist acknowledge return of medicine, why can't they place order immediately and ensure that the patient is not put to trouble. Why should patient visit several times to exchange a medicine. Are patient's taken for granted? Is this your service? I need a response. We are educated people. Concerned how much a uneducated people are treated. I am appalled at the insensitive way your pharmacist is treating an elderly patient. Hope to receive a reply. I am not giving personal details here as we do not any patient victimisation as a retaliation to this post.
