Worst administration I have ever seen. Receptionist don't know how to deal with patients and attenders. Especially the lady at the reception and the ground staff have very reckless behaviour. Anyone who are visiting your hospital means they are in deep pain not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and economically. PLEASE HAVE SOME MORALS......
