I recently underwent surgery and I must say, my experience was fine. My surgery was performed by Dr. Rajendra Prasad Bhupati and Dr. Praveen Kumar, who are not only an exceptional surgeons but also an outstanding human beings. They explained the entire procedure to me in detail, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. Their expertise and confidence in the operating room were evident, and I felt completely safe in their hands. The surgery was a success, and I'm grateful to Dr. Bhupati & Dr. Praveen. The housekeeping staff Mr. N Krishna from Surgical Sharing, deserves special mention. My room was spotless, and the staff ensured that it remained clean and tidy throughout my stay. He was attentive, courteous, and always willing to help in my helpless condition without expecting any favour from me. The hospital's facilities are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. The food was delicious, and the amenities were comfortable and clean. About Nutritionist, she adviced the right food according to my post surgey needs. Only negative point is discharge process take much longer time. My experience was outstanding.

Dr. Shivakumar Reddy (surgeon) is truly one of the best doctors I have come across. I recently underwent emergency surgery for intestinal gangrene under his care, followed by four surgeries at this hospital. His constant support and expertise made a huge difference in my recovery. I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding medical care and service provided at this hospital.

I went for a regular health checkup. The process was quick and smooth. Staff guided me properly from one test to another. Reports were ready on time. Really impressed with how organized the hospital is.

My wife surgery was handled Dr. Rajendra Prasad Bhupati (@warangal) is an excellent , senior most gastro surgeon and also good human concern on patient. The staff of hospital were given excellent service. They explained the information in a polite manner and answered all my questions. Their expertise and service is advisable to others. The surgery was a success, and I'm grateful to Dr. Bhupati & Dr. Praveen Garu and also special thanks to Dr Naveen pola (urologist )for suggesting this hospital and guidence.

I was admitted to LB Nagar Gleneagles Hospital for just 3 days due to a normal headache. During my stay, I was given basic treatment -- antibiotics, painkillers (Silyns), food, and a shared room. Nothing complicated or critical. But the final bill shocked me: 1.67 lakhs. Thankfully, I have corporate insurance that covered 90% of the bill. If not, I honestly might have needed another round of treatment -- this time for a heart attack caused by the billing! This was truly a worst experience. The charges were outrageous and completely unjustified for the nature of the treatment. I strongly urge others to check and question every detail before blindly trusting any medical billing. This kind of overcharging needs accountability. And coming to reviews - They had one agent who will reach out to each & every patient in hospital and requesting them to post the good reviews which is unfair.

We are forever grateful for the exceptional care and treatment during the critical condition. Your expertise, kindness, and dedication saved my mother's life, and we can't thank you enough. Dr. Srinivasa Reddy, your timely intervention and expert treatment made all the difference. Your reassurance and guidance helped us navigate a difficult time. And all the cardiologist doctors during her treatment have taken extrem care. Aruna and other nursing staff care was outstanding. Your attention to detail, kindness, and concern for our loved one's comfort were a great comfort to us. Thank you both for being angels in disguise. 3 days back I visited this hospital, I used to go Yashoda hospital malakpet and KIMS Secunderabad, I went there for my previous treatments for my family members, this time I visited this hospital..firstly I doubted about this because this hospital is inside the lane from main road, first I was feeling very nervous and uncomfortable, but slowly I started understanding that this hospital is way better than the previous hospitals treatment...I am very surprised like seriously..every dept is crazy like seriously I can't explain from starting admission to discharge I didn't had any kind of problem over here.. everything was very smooth..wonderful first interaction was uncomfortable but later on I am fully satisfied with all the services we received, from a to z.. And I met Mr. Abhishek Suryavamshi who is from patient feedback team..he has very positive attitude towards the patients, I loved how he greeted us, cared for us, he was very respectful and well mannered and thank you Mr. Abhishek for what I requested in the hospital and you made it done within 15 minutes..
