Pros :staff talks politely Cons : Poor time management or management don't value patient's time. I visited for master checkup, six days is over, still they have not completed all testing. I had to follow them up or visit their hospital couple of days to get the date and time for each testing. They made multiple excuses saying not sufficient staff available or staff on vacation and so couple of testing couldn't complete. Management has to focus in improving time management by providing master checkup service in same day or two days maximum or let the patient know it would take more days so that patient can visit alternate hospital
