My mother had an tachycardia. We visited the hospital as an emergency, treatment is good and cured. But she developed lymphedema of the arm because they gave IV line (Injection )and BP monitoring in the same hand which she had a history of mastectomy , in that emergency situation also mother insisted about this condition to use the unaffected side, the nurses in the hospital not listened and laughed of this. Very disappointed about this unawareness of the duty nurses.

Had a very bad experience here last week. My brother was admitted here after diagnosing ECG variation. When we went and checked to see the condition, Dr was not ready to explain the situation and treatment given. We were asked like, " can we understand if they explain"? They see us as we know nothing and no need to explain anything. We never had this experience anywhere before. Later we decided to move to our regular cardiologist after talking with him. But here in this hospital, they are not telling the condition and allowing us to see the patient. And the Dr also left at this critical situation. If we say we need to check with our regular Dr who is in our family, they asked is he the dean of the hospital like that and all... Somehow we connected our dr directly and he spoke and then they discharged. Later we came to know that my brother had sever pain second time when inside and we were not informed about it. By God 's grace, we shifted him to CBE and give treatment at right time, he is fine now. Overall we had worst experience here...
