Recently, my wife and I went for a full body annual checkup. The service was excellent. As soon as we arrived, we were asked to wait just 5-10 minutes, after which we were given a clear list of all the tests along with the respective room numbers. This made the entire process very smooth and hassle-free. We completed all the tests within 30-45 minutes. I'm definitely satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this scan center to others.

Results and online communication of results were excellent. Morning many people are coming to give blood in fasting by 6.30 it's self, so kindly keep excellent staff in morning hours also. Second time experiencing blood clot near the injection area. I came and give blood after eating sufficient staff and they are taking blood with care no blood clot. Just for ur information not blaming ur staffs

Got Worst experience. Compelled to pay bill amount well in advance for Eco cardio gram. Doctor didn't keep the appointment as assured by the staff. I got terrible experience. Doing the noble work in business mind. Not service oriented.This institute is getting very bad name. So patients are adviced not to visit this lab again to avoid your valuable time and money.

I had a disappointing experience with Aarthi Scan Centre. I opted for the Diamond Package for a full body check-up primarily because they assured that packages costing 5000 and above include doctor consultation. They promised to arrange the online consultation within one or two days, but it actually took four days--and only after I followed up with them multiple times. When they finally contacted me, they asked whether I preferred a video or audio consultation, but arranged only an audio consultation despite my preference. During the consultation, the doctor recommended an echocardiogram (echo test) for my heart. When I went back to the scan centre and informed them of the recommendation made by the doctor they had arranged, they told me the echo test costs 1500 but cannot be done without a doctor's prescription. This made no sense--because if I had chosen a 5000 package for echo, I wouldn't need a prescription. But when the echo test is taken separately for 1500, they insist on a prescription--even when their own doctor has advised it. What is the point of the online doctor consultation if I still need to consult another doctor just to get a prescription, and again go back to the doctor to show the results? It feels like they just want us to keep spending money unnecessarily. If their intention was truly to help patients, they would have acted responsibly based on their own doctor's advice. My report clearly mentioned a concern related to heart health, but still, they delayed further assistance and gave no proper response. Eventually, I got the customer service number from a review page, but that too ended poorly. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to convince me otherwise and ended the call rudely. The customer service team should be trained to listen patiently to customers, even if they are unable to offer an immediate solution. I am writing this review mainly because of the rude and dismissive response from their staff. This centre is terrible for poor who can't afford to spend money unnecessarily.

Area Neat and clean.... Cost optimized and fast reporting ...staffs are supportive ... trainee staffs to be accompanied with experienced staff... Report not reliable , I informed reception that Not fasting and requested for random sample but the report generated as fasting...requested to update by calling, but no proper response...

I came here to medical test by my company, the workers were too kind and supportive.. within 1hour I have completed all test.. especially the ECG technician Mrs.mariam looks so cute as well as kind hearted person.. she is an angel.. And while checking the height and weight pls make sure on it.. because the staff who was measuring my height, she has noted my height wrongly.. its not her fault.. but its happened

I got worst experience. My wife is pregnant. We booked an appointment twice over the phone and went for an echo for an Aarti scan. After going in person, they say it's over and they'll come back tomorrow. "We came today because you asked us to come," their only answer is, "come tomorrow."
