I had a good experience at the hospital. The treatment and handling of patients were commendable. Dr. Arunkumar was extremely polite and patiently addressed all our queries, which was very reassuring. One area for improvement would be reducing the waiting time before consulting the doctor, as it can be quite long at times. Streamlining the appointment system or better managing patient flow could enhance the overall experience. Overall, I appreciate the quality of care provided and would recommend this hospital for its professionalism and courteous staff.

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Arun Kumar, and I truly appreciate his expertise, experience, and the polite, humble way he treats his patients. He is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've consulted. Since I reside in Bangalore, I usually schedule appointments on Fridays and meet him on Saturdays. However, for the past three weeks, I've been trying to get an appointment, and only this week I managed to secure one. When I inquired with the front office staff, I was told the doctor would be available around 12:30 PM and asked to wait until 3:00 PM. When I requested a more accurate time, I was informed that they couldn't confirm exactly when I would be able to see the doctor. I completely understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication from the administrative team would really help patients plan their visit better. Coming from a family involved in the service industry, I believe timely and transparent service is essential--especially in a healthcare setting. Waiting over 4 hours for a consultation can be extremely difficult for patients who have their own schedules to manage. My humble request to the management is to please improve the time management system and offer better appointment clarity. Perhaps assigning specific time slots or giving realistic estimates would help reduce waiting time and improve patient satisfaction. This feedback comes as a sincere suggestion from a regular and genuinely appreciative patient. I hope it will be taken positively and lead to better service in the future.

I went to this hospital today for a full body checkup, where I saw Dr. Arunkumar sir It is best to approach him to fully health, clear your doubts. His examination and his advice were very helpful to me and he explained them to me very clearly and patiently. All the staff at the hospital thoroughly examined me for my physical examination. I have taken medical tests twice in many places and they gave us tests here at a fair price than they did there.

Good hospital, Dr.Senthil is really very good. I have heart problem, always Dr.Senthil only gives medicine.I went US for 3 months,before going, I took medicines.He told me to come,after return. from US,unfortunately my earlier appointment lapses,I wanted to meet him. The attender girl for Dr.Senthil is very rough and says without appointment, I cannot meet him.she gives appointment, after 1 month and it's really we are upset and disappointed . If the doctor says that he is busy and cannot meet, we would have accepted, we need doc only for few secs for my represcription and tests.. We request the attenders/ appointment fixing girl to be polite and listen the patients and smoothly coordinate with the doc and patient Try to improve the system please.

Very good care. The doctors were so caring and pleasant to us. My grandfather recovered well. All the staffs nurses also very caring and helpful.

Hospital is good Doctors are very talented but doctors attends very worst behaviour especially doctor. Prubu Kumar atander phone call not attended rough behaviour with patient. Please consider this problem for your hospital name .

I had a troubling experience at this hospital. While the doctor is good, the hospital staff, especially the night shift, are extremely irresponsible. The night staff were found sleeping deeply, requiring us to wake them up to attend to crucial needs like changing IV drips. This lack of attention is unacceptable. For patients, the staff didn't check temperatures regularly. Instead, they suggested that we check it ourselves if we had a thermometer. This raises a serious question: why admit a patient to the hospital if such basic care is not provided? We could manage better at home under these circumstances. Additionally, the patient was continuously unwell, and the staff gave conflicting instructions. Some told us to use cold water to reduce the high temperature, while others questioned why we did so. This inconsistency is confusing and concerning. I urge others to consider this before choosing this hospital, especially during critical times. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.
