My experience with this clinic is not good due to couple of reasons: (1) Poor patient management, no token system, no clue on what order patients will be called (2) Staffs are not friendly, response is not good (3) Staffs take enormous time for every step, ECG, Echo etc. (4) take lot of time to get report after consultation (it took 2 hours for me) (5) Doctor can spend time with patience by listening to them and explaining the problem (6) they don't even discuss with patient on the tests, they by default take all the tests (7) extremely poor time management. Overall though the Doctor is most experienced, the Patient experience is extremely poor.

The waiting time here is extraordinarily long. Thank God it's just a clinic not a hospital (a blessing in for cardiac emergency patients)I was able to watch 2 movies ( black panther and skyfall) in the waiting time i spent here. Even if v have done the tests on our own doctor insists he repeats it at his center. Probably he doesn't trust any other lab report other than the one he sends to. Coming to the good part the doctor is a very experienced doctor can trust his word. The doctor can restrict the number of patients he sees per day and see the patients faster. Not everyone is jobless to spend a full day here. Each of us have our own commitments. We are also sacrificing our time( in waiting 90% of the time) the only reason i came here is for him. Very experienced doctor. This one reason probably makes it tolerable for this prolonged waiting time.

Full of money motive clinic. Not consider another lab report. Doctor not explain about disease to patient. Because too much appointment doctor have no time to breath himself also. Some other good talented intelligent doctors also available in the medical market. My suggestion please go to another doctor Because one whole day lose for his consultation. You can see 3 to 4 movies. Give chances to new doctors.

The best Doctor in the world. V nice approach and treatment. Dr Krishnan listens your problem first and then accordingly he treats . Fees is nominal. V nice experience with this Dr. Always in smiling face . His words itself will cure our desease.

Its pathetic to make patients wait for more than 3h to meet the doctor. Not all nurses and assistants wear masks. The landline doesnt work. I was given a mobile phone number to book an appointment when I visited personally.

Easy to reach . Always crowded. On Appointment only. Good and sincere treatment. No Swiping Machine for Payment which cause difficulty to Patients

They don't use a proper token system. Patients are being called in probably based on preference. It takes up too much time and the staff's response is just plain arrogant.
