I am extremely disappointed with the experience at your hospital. The overall system is highly disorganized, and the supporting staff's behavior is completely unacceptable. Major Concerns: Poor Billing Process Unprofessional Staff Behavior Overcrowding and Lack of Seating: There is no proper queue system. Patients are repeatedly sent to Room No. 13 for doctor consultation fee payment, followed by separate billing for other services. This back-and-forth is confusing and stressful. After each test, patients are forced to report again, which is a very inefficient process. The hospital should collect all necessary payments at once and provide a clear file to the patient for completing tests. After tests are done, the file can be collected, and the patient should be guided directly to the doctor. Supporting staff are rude and poorly trained. Billing counter staff are often seen chatting among themselves in front of patients, ignoring their responsibilities. Such unprofessional conduct seriously damages the hospital's reputation and overshadows the good work done by your doctors. There is no control over the number of people accompanying each patient. Many healthy individuals come with large groups, occupying waiting area seats. As a result, real patients especially the elderly are left standing or uncomfortable. It is necessary to enforce a strict policy of allowing only one attendant per patient unless there is a valid reason (such as senior citizens or disabled patients). Request to Management: Please train your staff to treat patients and their attendants with dignity and respect. Streamline the billing and consultation process to reduce patient stress. Take action to control crowding in the hospital premises. Assign security or front desk personnel to monitor the number of attendants per patient. Patients come to the hospital for healing, but your current system and staff behavior only add to their stress. This needs urgent attention to ensure the hospital lives up to professional healthcare standards.

A nurse named bharathi was very much responsible and respectful towards the patient. She was so polite and did her work completely. I am thanking her a lot. But the watchman in the hospital is not responding to the attendees and the visitors properly and they are not respectful. This should be changed.

Located in the Cantonment area and the staff is highly professional. Admitted my friend on an emergency issue. Kauvery heart care wing is taken care of emergency and nicely dealt with the case Admission process reception is to be improved a bit as the staff in the counter is less and they are taking time . The hospital is very well equipped and professional; ICU is impressive. Dr.Ananth subramanian Renowned cardiologist treated very nicely and explained the case issue after Angiogram very patiently and shown the CAD block area verg nicely. Even illiterate people will understand the blockage in the heart and he explained for fixing stunts etc . Very nice experience with the senior doctor Sh.anantha subramaniam The duplex room they have provided is also good. Twin sharing and very neatly maintained. They are issuing two passes one for the attendant and the other for an outside attendant. Good. The security is also very kind and they are treating the visitors nicely. Here, needvto mention aboutbthd staff nurses. Very good staff with acute patience and explained everything as and when we asked. The canteen us very higenic and food stuff is also good. The food is very affordable rate and when compared to the hotels, it is cheap but very tasty. Parking is no issues . Enough of waiting area is also available. In toto, a very good hospital with professionalism. God bless you all

Chief Minister health Insurance says that we can claim 5 lacs. No any money not to give any operation. but Hospital says for example Either only you can claim either Valve replacement ( around 1.5 lac) or Operation charge. what is the system government and private hospital deal with this manner. some time they are not clear foresee the cost of expenses, some may high background they can manage, mostly middle class people has to arrange money once we know the idea of total expenses.
