I took an Executive Men Health package for my college admission fitness certificate. Excellent service, quality test equipments and technicians. Doctors and staff are kind and attend to our need. Definitely recommended (I forgot to include HBsAg test in the package. Check once before buying health package if all tests are included. If not, mention beforehand for streamlined service)

My father, Mr. Suresh Kumar, was recently admitted here, and we are grateful for the incredible care he received. The doctors here are exemplary -- they treated him as if he were their own. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. VJ Senthil, who took care of everything with great compassion. Without him, our experience wouldn't have been this seamless. The Intensivists -- Dr. Arun Karki, Dr. Indira, and Dr. Andrew -- were outstanding, providing utmost care, keeping us well informed, and ensuring every detail was attended to. Dr. Narendra Prasad from General Medicine showed remarkable patience, addressing all our concerns calmly and positively. Dr. Ranjith from Orthopaedics, in addition to his specialisation, provided exceptional support with all other issues my father faced, patiently listening to all our queries and answering them precisely. The nursing staff and the rest of the team were equally kind and caring. We are thankful to everyone at GVN Riverside for providing outstanding treatment with such compassion. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for personalised care.

GVN is the one and only best hospital in Trichy. Excellent quality of service at very nominal rate. Special mention about Mrs. Mercy in master health checkup department. From first till end. She will with you to guide and help in completing all the checkup. She will make sure we consult the doctor on time without much of waiting time. Had my mom's master health checkup done here. The nurses were very kind and guided us patiently through the process. Mrs. Mercy was with us all through and showed us through every test and explained it clearly. Over all a positive experience and would highly recommend.

Exceptional Quality & Proficiency I had compound fracture in my leg. I visited the hospital in emergency on January 2025. Here's my story. ** (Before I start let me inform you that I can speak very little Tamil and my wife does not speak any) I was received at the hospital through emergency @10:45 - 11 pm. There were doctors and support staff in line and I was attended without a minutes delay. My wound was dressed after proper first aid. Xray and other vital tests were recorded and I was put up for operation the next day. On the other side my family was cordially invited for furnishing patient and insurance details. Both processes were seamless. Operation was done the next day. Six months since I'm in recovery and gaining strength everyday. Post surgery I was continuously monitored by doctors almost thrice daily. Not to mention the endlessly efforts put up by the support staff. Adding to it the Management also conducted daily inspections and asked about our experience and complaints. On cleanliness side my room was cleaned multiple times a day. Housekeeping stood out as outstanding and was greatly appreciated by my family members and visiting friends. Post discharge I was advised for regular follow up visits to the doctor where in appointment was booked with time slots. Thus each time I arrived and was attended punctually with minimal queue. Contrary to general belief and prejudice associated with private hospitals. Post operation my medication was "a balanced diet". I was never advised any extra medicine or supplements. The hospital also has its own robust blood bank. I experienced heavy blood loss and almost used up 6-7 units of blood. Blood was easily available for my type. All in all my agony due to the accident was immensely alleviated by the warmth and care I received without the hassle or harrasment. The hospital also has a dedicated team of Physiotherapists who offered my regular exercises for post surgery rehabilitation. In total my stay in the hospital was for 22 days. I extend my sincere gratitude towards the Dr Senthil, Dr Ranjit , Dr Kapil & Dr. Prasanna and their team of doctors, the nursing staff, housekeeping and the Management for helping me tread through the most dangerous and beautiful phase of my entire life. I feel indebted and blessed. As a request to readers I would suggest to have a good health insurance for your family and your good self. Hello, I approached Dr. Ranjith of GVN Riverside Hospital due to a dislocation of my right shoulder and extreme pain that occurs at any time. He performed the arthroscopic surgery in best way and corrected the pain and dislocation with the best care and love. My wife Rajammal has been directed to GVN Rever side hospital for treatment. Here they kept for 12 days in ICU. Dr. Naranthira prasad told me that they have given highest side antibiotics medicine n only patient should come out. As she in semi concious n so weak she could not spell out her feelings. Urology dr told me that heavy infection in urine track n spread upto kidney. Hence he provided stent in urine track. After that situation becomes worst. When asked dr told that no improvement. After that, i felt care taken to my wife was just status go.oneday i seen due to break down A/C in ICU all other patient jcb bbtwo patient were left with fan air. Hence i kept my self calm and told them to release immediately to Apollo hospital.
