20th Dec2023 is memorable day for me! Booked my appointment 3 months ago for review. We are on dot at 10.15AM.We could see the Doc at 2 PM. Front office staff were indifferent, unorganised !We were patiently watching trespassing of patients turn.Great advice by Dr.M.C that they were busy with emergency patiens! The scenario is not so. I have to digest as the Dr.M.C has Halo around his head ! I'm sorry to write this bitter comments!

We asked for appointment in front end even after saying it's emergency the front end women casually said appointment are full doctor has advised even Regular patient to visit him in Appolo or KMC she was yawning with this reply.. worst.
