When it comes to the doctors, they were very professional, helpful, and to the point. I really appreciate their care. However, the management side of the hospital was extremely poor. From the moment I got admitted, the experience was very unpleasant. There were multiple staff members who had no idea about the case history, even though I had already explained everything clearly. Instead of focusing on the patient's comfort or needs, their priority seemed to be payment first. While I understand the importance of billing, treating the patient with care and making them feel comfortable is equally important. The emergency ward staff were particularly disappointing--there was no clear communication, and despite us having paid, two to three people kept repeatedly asking whether the payment had been made. It became extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Next to me, there was another patient who had requested a non-AC room, but the hospital staff upsold them an AC room, which felt exploitative. As for the nursing staff, most of them seemed disengaged. They were asleep during shifts, and when called for help, they were visibly annoyed or showed attitude. For instance, just to get one medication, they made my 60-year-old mother walk multiple times, when they could've given all the instructions in one go. I wasn't even allowed to leave the ward properly, and overall, the hygiene was extremely poor--nowhere close to what you'd expect from a hospital. In short, apart from the doctors, my experience was very unpleasant. I strongly suggest others get an opinion from this hospital but seek treatment elsewhere where patient care and basic management are taken seriously.

Offering great service to the people. Well maintained hospital. Good for emergency care, maternity, ortho and general medical treatments. Good old hospital with contemporary medical facilities. Cost of treatment is less when compared to the treatment. Rooms are neat. Canteen facility available at moderate charges.

Worst hospital worst service worst nusrse...don't know how to treat the patients and the attender no proper guidance mp timely intimations... please train ur nurse's that how to talk to people

Worst receptionist only one person handling it we have to wait for billing itself for one hour then only u can see the doctor worst service In the reception please increase the man power in the reception very very worst they shouting like an hell in the reception
