We recently had the most beautiful and memorable experience at Cloudnine Hospital as we welcomed our baby girl through normal delivery, and we are immensely grateful to the entire team for their support, care, and professionalism throughout our journey. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Naseem Pervin, our gynecologist and obstetrician, who stood by us from the very beginning. Even when some of the medical reports showed low-normal parameters, which naturally worried us, she gave us clarity, reassurance, and complete confidence that everything was progressing well. She was calm, knowledgeable, and always encouraged us with the words we needed to hear. Most importantly, she promised us that normal delivery was possible -- and she kept her word. On the big day, Dr. Anbukarasi performed the delivery, and what an amazing job she did! Her presence was reassuring, and she carried out the delivery with such skill and grace that everything felt smooth and under control. We are incredibly thankful to her for safely bringing our baby into this world. The nurses(Veeralakshmi,Jenifer,Arpna,Julee Murmu,Veena,Amutha) at Cloudnine are no less than angels. Their constant care, promptness, and soothing words helped us sail through the labour and recovery phase. We'd also like to mention Anjitha, who played a crucial role during our decision-making process. She clearly explained all the maternity packages, facilities, and available discounts, which helped us choose Cloudnine with full confidence. One of the most underrated but valuable aspects was the proper timing and quality of food. Meals were served on time. Even complimentary were given in the late night as well. Thank you for making our journey so smooth and joyful!

We got another baby girl via normal delivery. We are very thankful for all the staffs, duty doctors and nurses. Dr. DhilipKumar an experienced pediatric doctor and one of my elder doctors favorite. Food service incharge personal always delivers patients food on time. Especially the idly , dhosai with sambar and chappati with gravey was really good and we really enjoyed it during our stay. Room services and incharge are very helpful and answer to all patents needs. Always keeping the the room clean and tidy.

I recently delivered my baby at Cloudnine Hospital and had a successful VBAC (Vaginal Birth After C-section) under the guidance of Dr. Rijaphin Mam. I am deeply thankful to her for giving me the confidence, clarity, and continuous encouragement to go through normal delivery, especially when I lost confidence during labour and repeatedly requested a C-section due to pain and fear. She calmly reassured me and helped me achieve my VBAC safely. I also want to appreciate Dr. Akshaya Mam, who supported and monitored me throughout in the labour ward with utmost care. The entire team of nurses was outstanding - they motivated me to do squats, ball exercises, breathing techniques, and different positions even when I felt I could not manage. Their dedication, patience, and positivity made a huge difference. A special thanks to Anjitha, the manager, who supported me throughout my entire pregnancy journey, patiently addressing all my queries and concerns. Also, heartfelt gratitude to Mohana Priya, the physiotherapist, who taught me effective exercises that helped prepare my body for normal delivery. The housekeeping staff, food services, and canteen were all well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you Cloudnine, Dr. Rijaphin Mam, Dr. Akshaya Mam, Anjitha, Mohana Priya, and the entire nursing and support team for making my VBAC journey possible with so much care and compassion. I highly recommend this hospital for maternity care and a confident, positive birthing experience.

My brother's wife recently delivered at Cloudnine Hospital, Thoraipakkam, and the experience was excellent. We had chosen this hospital specifically for their focus on normal delivery, and we're happy that everything went smoothly under the care of Dr. Rijaphin R. -- who was approachable, supportive, and communicated well throughout. The hospital staff, especially the nurses and housekeeping team, were very caring and attentive. A special mention to Executive Anjitha for her constant support and coordination. The overall service, hygiene, and atmosphere felt more like a comfortable stay than a hospital visit. We truly appreciate the way they handled everything from admission to discharge, including small touches like room celebration and car decoration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free maternity experience! Its an amazing experience. I like their service more than Apollo as i already experienced that as well. But for Apollo also i can give 5 star for sure.

Dr. Kavitha at Cloudnine Hospital (OMR, Chennai) provided excellent care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She strongly advocates for a natural approach, minimizing unnecessary scans and medications. We specifically requested a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) delivery, and Dr. Kavitha made every effort to achieve this, successfully facilitating a normal delivery. We are incredibly happy with her; she's not only friendly but also instilled great confidence in us. We also had excellent support from Dr. Mohanapriya, the physiotherapist. She was incredibly friendly and supportive, providing valuable guidance and care that greatly assisted us during our time at the hospital. Beyond the medical team, Ms. Subhasini, a senior executive, was also a great support. She was very clear in her explanations and coordinated well for all our blood tests and scan appointments, making the process smooth and stress-free. The overall experience at Cloudnine OMR was also highly positive. The hospital maintains very high hygiene standards, providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and their families. Every staff member we encountered, from nurses to administrative personnel, was consistently polite, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a supportive atmosphere. Furthermore, we observed that all the other doctors at the facility also exhibited great patience and care in their interactions with patients. While the services were a bit expensive, the quality of care received justified the cost.

My entire pregnancy journey with cloudnine has been great especially i feel blessed to be consulted by Dr.Rijaphin mam. No matter what the issue i faced she was always available even outside working hours on phone/whatsapp and she made me cross each and every hurdle. Even after so many challenges she successfully delivered our baby via normal delivery. And special mention to all the staff nurses of cloudnine who always attended us with a great smile especially Anjitha,Nalini and Kausalya sister. Thank you all.

As a first-time mom, my husband and I were looking for the perfect hospital--and I'm so glad we chose Cloudnine. The entire experience was outstanding, and I'm especially grateful to Dr. Kavitha for her incredible care and support. I had a high-risk pregnancy, and Dr. Kavitha was with me every step of the way--from the beginning until I safely delivered my baby. She made sure both the baby and I were doing well throughout. At 33 weeks, when I had an emergency, she personally called me, explained everything calmly, and guided me with the right medication. Her dedication and personal attention meant so much. Just as she had assured me, I recovered well and was discharged on the third day after a C-section. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or a more caring experience. I'd also like to thank my HR, Subhashini, who was always in touch, kind, and quick to respond to all my messages. A big thanks to the housekeeping team as well for their constant support and help during my stay. Highly recommend Cloudnine for anyone looking for a safe, professional, and truly caring maternity experience!

We are blessed with Baby boy (normal delivery) and we had a great experience at CloudNine. All their services are top notch. Kudos to Cafeteria team Suresh Kumar, Arun, Parthiban, Suresh, Karthik. Whenever we order or require anything they will make sure to deliver it on time. The House keeping services are excellent... Words can't fully express how Thankful I am for Our Dr.Sathiya mam. And her team of nurses especially Ms.Veena and Ms.Arpana Kaur who are very much dedicated in taking care of our baby.
