One of the worst hospital. The head doctor behavior is very worst. Never seen these kind of doctor in my life. Please try some other hospital for treatments.He is not allowing to convey our thoughts, he is insisting only lission. He is speaking to patients, your Heath is all gone bad. Your life is over like that. I things fisrt he need treatment before giving treatment to others. After my Father Master health checkups here. I have checked other hospital, now he is alright.

Chief doctor arulraj is very arrogant doctor I have ever seen. He thinks he gives treatment for free. We paid more money compared to other hospitals we have some queries to ask him about our health issues. He was not listened properly and behaves rudely with their patients.Treat your patients politely and feels them positively.He does not give respect to anyone and no common sense how to behave.. He spoke bad words to women ..fully money minded and worst doctor

Very very worst hospital. Money minded. Rude in their attitude. They are making us tensed and urging us to take decision immediately for angioplasty. And Not giving assurance on their treatment.As we were not interested with their further treatment they were talking rudely . They let the patient without removing venflon and urine tube. This is totally unfair. This is the most worst hospital.

Very worst experience unable to connect with reception for emergency, after connecting unable to get an ambulance, wonderful service keep it up

One of the worst hospitals in the tuticorin district very money dependent and Head doctor Arulraj is very Dominant and very commanding in a bad way. It's his word or you have to leave the hospital My grandfather had to undergo diagnosis for Urinary tract infection (we were also consulting with our family Hospitals in Chennai side by side).Even after getting the Urine report back the hospital provided wrong diagnosis for Malaria and Dengue. THe Medications prescribed for this dengue fever was wrong diagnosis , and medication for BOTH MALARIA AND DENGUE WAS GIVEN AT THE SAME TIME. Condition worsened and he prescibed a medicine irrelevant to the situation (ANTIBIOTIC VERY STRONG) which increased Potassium and Sodium levels to Dangerous extent .Due to this parts of his kidneys were damaged . Previously my grand father was forced to stop all his general medicines prescribed by out family hospitals just so that Arulraj could prescribe even more medicine and Injections... Working facilities and staffs also very poor and even the nurses asked us to lie to the doctor regarding if medicine was administered or not. Training nurses were practicing on the patients in the hospital ward, and they also dont know how to use a needle for injecting patients with medicine ... Overall if you come to tuticorin make sure you don't go to this hospital. It is seemingly a very Hi-Fi Hospital but once inside you will regret it. Dr.Neelambujan Is one of the Best doctors in this hospital... If you do decide to come here please consult Dr. neelambujan ONLY. !!!!!DO NOT GO TO ARULRAJ !!!!!!! Very disappointing

We satisfied with doctors treatment but patient treating by nurse not satisfied. We expect they will speech much better especially first floor and ICU staff nurse's. Its very help to easy recovery for both patient and their families. I hope it will be correct by your side for best services its not complaint its humple request ..

My experience at Sundaram Arulraj Hospital is extremely disappointing. The majority of the staff demonstrated unprofessionalism, with many appearing inexperienced, lazy, or negligent. Communication was severely lacking, as reports were not provided promptly and required constant follow-up. Even when requested, the staff seemed disorganized and unable to provide accurate information. For those utilizing cashless insurance, be prepared for frustration and significant delays. Despite clear communication about procedures, the process was needlessly prolonged, resulting in a wait of over 24 hours for discharge. The lack of staff availability to complete essential tasks, such as typing discharge summaries, was unacceptable. The combination of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and inefficiency made it a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
