Dr. Sacred Heart Hospital

No proper communication between doctor and staff nurses. No proper response to our request. If u r admitted, the problem is they won't study ur case file for previous details. The main problem is after admission, for discharge they do lot of dramas and take the longest time possible. I think they are money minded also.

On 29/03/2025 my grandmother was admitted in this hospital. Treatment was very worst everything is money minded. For 3days they asking to pay 30,000 advance but the treatment was very worst and patient were treated in a rude manner . Room maintenance is also not good . Canteen food rate is also very high .

My Heartiest Thanks to the JACOB HOSPITAL . Very kind approach, dedicated service also best treatment from the staff and Doctors. Especially NICU Staffs , Gynaecologist Dr. Prema Madam, Dr.Jessyken (M.D) and Paediatrician are eager to save the Lives of Babies with utmost care and efforts even though their duty . Office staffs and Insurance claim sections also very polite and responsible. Once again I would like to Thank everyone of Jacob hospital.

We admitted our brother in this hospital. But the treatment is very worst.. All money minded. Even though we pay the amount they didn't gave us correct answers about the treatment. Docter will came in there own time (ex. Mid night 1.30). Nurses are very rude. They told us to discharge the patient because they have no more steps to move further.

One of the worst hospitals ever visit.. they treat like money oriented only not solving problems..22days I admit my father they said all are fine at last say he will suffer either you go some other hospital..22 days i spend around 4 lakhs but all the money was waste

Worst and lethargic service provided by staff nurses wearing green uniform(including IMCU), lack of oxygen supply, improper and broken BPC flowmeter. An entire ward with 12 rooms have only one BPC flow meter. Staff nurses works only for time pass and not for the salary they receive.

Dr. SriRam Kanagavel is one of the best doctors here. And Nurses here are very helpful and kind

Dr Kanagavel is one of the best surgeon in the city. He is giving straight forward options with us.
