Had a very disappointing experience. We were told the doctor would be available at 2 PM, but waited till 3:45 PM with no update. We understand emergencies happen, but patients should be informed. After doing the tests as advised, we returned quickly, only to be told the doctor had gone out again. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to wait again--just to get a prescription. Poor communication and patient handling.

Had the worst experience It was informed that the doctor will be available from 8:30, we waited till 10:00 but there was no response. I understand about emergency surgeries,but the out patients should be informed about it right? If doctor is not available you should not provide tokens. Along with me today there were so many other patients with critical illness who were waiting for consultation, which did not happen.

Totally Disappointed - We received the report by 3 PM, which clearly showed a critical condition that required immediate surgery. Despite this, no doctor or staff responded with urgency. The medical team showed no sense of responsibility -- they were lethargic and careless. Due to their negligence, we had to shift to another hospital ourselves. If you don't have doctors or surgeons available, be transparent with the patient and their family. Don't keep people waiting when every minute counts. It might just be another case for you, but for someone else, it's their father, mother, brother -- a loved one. Treat it with the seriousness and compassion it deserves. This hospital has failed us in critical moment.

Most dangerous hospital... Hospital nurses are working very very careless including ICU and ward , they are not properly and correct monitoring to patients.. don't stay More than one day.. only 2 doctors given the treatment for all type of diseases and another doctors are just for support..

Good hospitality, The receptionists are so helpful and shown a lot of empathy. Would like to specially mention Mr Mahesh who was very kind to us and helped us get through registration procedures smoothly.

My mother was admitted here 20 years ago for inflated stomach , doctors said its a minor surgery after 6 hours they handed us a baby girl and said its an angel ( Spoiler alert: she was not ) it turned out to be always screaming kutty chathan , Very dissatisfied product delivery ,worst part is I can't even return it

Worst hospital management, always lying by hospital staff and misguiding the patients. Doctors are not available as per their respective schedules. After reaching hospital all of sudden they will inform that, doctor is on leave. They don't deserve even single star.
