This is the toilet in the main lab where patients collect their samples. This demonstrates the hospital's commitment to patient care and welfare. Having all the facilities and equipment is pointless if the hospital lacks hygiene.

Worst Hospital.... Doctor was very rude... If you Admit any of your loved ones, you can't ask any queries to them.... they want us to leave hospital without asking any questions after treatment, even if the patient died same attitude.... If you get doubt on treatment, police will come immediately..... Dr was abusive to nurse.. I lost my dad here..... Still I have doubt he died due to over dose of medicine..... It was quite some years back... In 2020...

I have been in this hospital before for my wife's first delivery and we had a wonderful experience here. Once again we got admitted for our second delivery and we should really thank Dr. Kumar Anand who took care of my daughter so well. We are really happy and satisfied with the service provided here. And I really want to mention Dr. Keerthana who took care of my wife for the first and second delivery. She is really doing a wonderful job. All the nurse and house keeping staff were very kind and patient during our stay at the hospital. Thank you Nattathi Hospital for providing a great service.

In December 2024 we rushed our mother to Nattathi in critical condition. The Emergency Room doctors team acted quickly and did all the required tests. After that she was in the hospital bed for 2 days in Doctor Rajesh Raja's care. Under his monitoring and treatment, she quickly got better and returned to home. Best Doctor. But the Hospital Billing section was not satisfactory. They were in a hurry and not ready to wait even for 1 hour [to collect money]! [We actually had more time left to check out] We were not planning to run away without paying the bill!

Don't approach this hospital. Fully money minded they are collecting money in different different way. I given 0 rating especially more Doctor with less experience only. But every Doctor link with private labs they are collecting more money... even though I go with mediassit insurance.. they also chetting the insurance company & patient also ...

I went for ear problem. They have not given any solution. Unnecessary they asked me to take scan. Finally I expend more money. Still the problem is not solved. Worst experience

I would have gave zero rating if available.. Never ever step into this hospital. Especially for kids.. Without seeing the wound the doctor blindly suggested to put stitch for a small scratch and simply chitchatting .. There was no crowd also but he didn't check my kid seriously... But, It got healed with ointment.. For kid crying they have gave all the medicines fever, cold, ear drop, nasal drop,etc...as they don't know to find the exact reason.. Worst behaviour of doctors and management taking much time..we stepped into it because it was the only hospital opened 24/7 but went through such horrible experience..you wil get double pain if you step into it....

Worst management ever seen.. I'm really not sure how this hospital got famous and these much ratings.. Doctors are very supportive and providing professional caring to the patients and attenders. Nurses will sit next to the patient and provide complete monitoring and care. Medical bills will be more and have to pay immediately. If attender needs to get medicines they should be ready to keep on walk from ward to medical continuously. Reason is we will get medicine slip from ward and medical they will tell that indent not yet raised in ward. We have to check from and there until we are getting medicines. Discharge procedure will be very worst. All bills should be available with us. Otherwise discharge will be difficult and from hospital side they will not have proper software to help us to get discharge summary and complete breakups. Every time we have to pay Ambulance Service fees if there is any Scan required to take for the patient. They do not have own scan facilities in hospital. People's will stand next to the entrance and start do the bargaining for treatment and rooms for admission. Always it will be a high charges what they will recommend. Food will be good. Feedback form what they will collect will not have enough information to provide worthy answers.
