I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital's appointment system. I booked an appointment (Cardiologist Dr Murugesan)on Thursday and was given a slot for Saturday at 10:30 AM, with Token No. 11. We reached the hospital by 10:15 AM and waited patiently. However, to our shock, Token No. 18 and 22 were allowed to meet the doctor before us. Despite waiting for nearly 4 hours, no one called our number, and there was no proper communication or updates from the staff. Finally, at 2:30 PM, we had to leave without meeting the doctor. This was a complete waste of time and a very stressful experience. I hope the management improves their appointment and queue system -- patients deserve better care and proper coordination.
Especially our family have good and comfortable experience with rohini hopital for 20plus years. Doctor mohandos who is very compassionate towards patients. Feels to me that fees also little low as comp to other prvt hosp. This is my opinion.

Doctor treatment is very good but workers behavior very bad and very attitude. They don't know how to treat patient and attenders. Am also Bds Doctor .very worst kindly change .
Experienced doctors - decent treatment but the workers and pharmacy is worst. 7-8 people were working inside but many patients are waiting outside just to get attention of the workers.
Very worst experience.I have been there for a normal health check up.Though consultation with doctor is fine ,the non technical staffs are unskilled.It almost took 2 hours to get medicine from pharmacy.There is no cashier in counter for almost 1 and half hours.We are only 10 members standing to get medicine for almost 2 hours.Not sure whether the pharmacy staffs are professionals.Felt distressed.Very poor administration and lack of cleaniness.Worst administration.
