Dr. NM HOSPITAL (P) LTD

On March 19th, 2025, my wife was hospitalized and gave birth on the same day. It came as a surprise to us that it happens be a normal delivery. Dr. Saraswati's mam provided my wife with adequate guidance and provided basic exercises to alleviate labor pain. Actually she spent more time like her mother to help deliver a baby. The hospital made us feel like we were at home when we arrived. They offer a separate room for patients that has been expanded. Each room has an attached bathroom where patients can be accommodated for more than 4 people. Visitors will find a clean space at the hospital and ample parking for cars and bikes. Each staff member responded quickly to the patients and followed up regularly. In reality, it was a superb hospital in the center of the city. I extended my heartfelt welcome to the staff, nurses, doctors, watchmen, and medical staff Highly recommend to the people's who are looking for a best fit budget friendly and a neat environment with good treatment.

My experience throught out my 1st baby delivery Really I felt too happy as the doctor treated awesome in any condition they welcome through smile . I am very happy to visit NM HOSPITAL....... Now it is my 2nd pregnancy and visiting same hospital with same doctor ........ I hope this 2 nd baby journey also will go smooth as my 1st. Thank you.... I prefer to visit this hospital....... Everything was good and in any hospital wait is based upon patient so please be patience if something emergency they treat in priority

Very basic below average hospital in the city. The Labour ward looks like garbage and equipment from stone-age. After the delivery, the cleaning people will be pestering around for money as if they are not paid by the management. We went around 3:30am but the night duty reception and nurses were in deep sleep and it didn't look like a 24x7 hospital. The doctor arrived at 6am only. But the lobby guy was keen at getting advance money 15k for medicine and 30k for the hospital. But you will get an official receipt for 20k only just to save from IT and GST. There is a nearby marriage hall bursting crackers and if any heart patient is admitted in the hospital, they will go straight away to heaven sound-fully. The room was okay but not worthy for 4k. The only best thing about the hospital is the ample car parking space.

Gud service but room availability very poor we people adjust to common ward but visitors continues ly coming so restrict to common ward visitors it's very very distrup patient pls consider our review otherwise medical services Gud service especially icu ward nurses services Gud

Very worst behaviour in handling OP. There is more waiting time and no proper person in the scan centre. The same OP doctor does everything like scanning and duty emergencies also .. too much of waiting time ...

For getting Birth certificate from this hospital is like hell,these people collect money in advance and don't give proper reply. it's been 75 days till now I haven't received birth certificate they are still saying it's in followup.

Recently my wife admitted in NM Hospital for pregnancy. Total expense for hospital is 60 to 70k incl medicine.... I got very very bad experience, they are charging for room about Rs1800 ,basic things like no hot water facility ,they don't change bed sheet daily ,one of the most horrible thing is they don't even change dustbin single use cover they only take the dust... According to staff some are so kind some are soo rude to patients (ICU nurses).... Next to "Pediatrician charge" I don't know why they are charging 3000 rs for him ,He will not come to room, we need to go and wait with 1 day new born baby with his Out Patients for about half hour... Only good thing is for my Car having very vast space for parking .....
