Dr. Santhi Hospital

Santhi Hospital, Tenkasi has very experienced and specialist doctors. The treatment was excellent, and the nurses were kind and caring. I had a good experience overall. However, the restroom facilities need improvement. Cleanliness in that area should be maintained better. I hope the hospital management looks into this. Otherwise, the hospital is very good in terms of medical care.

This hospital runs by having inexperienced doctors (basically kids) and there is no proper acknowledgement to the patients especially OPs. The privacy of patients is a very big concern here because the OPs are all treated within the same room with the curtains open most of the times. At night it's hard to find staff in pharmacy and one had to wait for atleast 15 mins to get any response from them. The management has to think deeply of the patients' mind and pain so that they can train the staff and doctors with proper instructions. The kid doctors are giving heavy dosage to kids without a second thought and they have this default training method to all the patients regardless of their health issues. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital except for buying medicines.

Hospital services were excellent, and the staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Tamilarasan, in particular, was extremely polite and friendly. He attended to patients with great care and ensured a comfortable experience.

1.This hospital is house keeping is overall good 2.Visualizing appearance is super 3.Dr.consultation is quite good with patients 4.Two wheeler parking space good. 5.Children playing things are available 6. They give priority for appointment people first,after only they will see direct coming people

The Hospital's atmosphere was very well . The doctor's service was well.The nurses were very caring . Room facilities was very good. And the room cleaning was nice.
