Dr. Pandian Hospital, Sivakasi

I am consulting for my son for the past 6 years here. But, today had a really bitter experience. Had to wait for 1 hour with my son who is having diarrhea, just to know that doctor won't be available for 3 days and he wasn't even available at phone also. Even emergency cases are not treated like they way they did before. Only on particular time even if we have an emergency. The Front Desk is a bunch of amateur staff nurses who doesn't have any responsibility or politeness in their approach. The way they respond will make you doubt whether they are the owner of that hospital. Dear Murugadoss sir, It's high time either you educate them on approaching patients or replace them with somebody who really knew it. Sincerely, A long time beneficiary.
