Dr. Prasanna Hospital (Dr V.P Bhanumathi MBBS DGO)

The staff at this hospital are very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend choosing this hospital. Their customer service is very poor, and they do not take responsibility during emergencies. They do not provide proper care. It's better to choose another hospital.

Doctor is professionally good,,but the management is very very poor need to wait atleast 5 hours for a 5 mins up,, Need to change the receptionist lady worst attitude she acts like the doctor for the clinic but the doctor is polite and experienced,,

Good Service and dr take care of patients but it take long time for waiting period (atleast 4 to 5 hr)
