Dr. SRI GOKULAM SPECIALITY HOSPITAL

During my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience. There was not enough follow up and check ups for patients, and we received very few updates about their conditions from the doctors. We often had to ask for information, and the support from the nursing staff, especially in the ICU, was lacking. We were frequently asked to buy medicines that were not fully used at all. There was also a lack of clear information about patient conditions, with details about hospital stays and ICU changing every day. Moreover, there was no hospitality for visitors. The restroom facilities for visitors were inadequate and not maintained at all. Overall cleanliness was poor, and there were problems with bed bugs in the hospital beds.

Very poor hospitality and the treatment is also very costly. the hospital is big but still there is no echo facility for cardiac patients they move patients e to other hospitals to take an echo which is very expensive and troubling. It's completely money centric treatment

I will give 5 star for the doctors and their responses and even few nurses were good in their service. But the most important aspect in a Hospital is its Reception. So receptionists are soo rude with the patients. No proper response on phone and even in person, their way of attitude will make us hate the hospital. Concluding by saying that, THE DOCTORS are good but the hospital service is worst!!!!!!!

Treatment was good but middle class people if using Comprehensive chief minister health insurance scheme have to very careful. As per rule they should notvcollect money from patient if they using kappettu thittam but here hospital collect the money without bills even though patients using government health insurance scheme. Its against government rules and regulations. Don't hesitate to complaint to government

Really good in treatment but the issue here is unclean floors and rooms. Too much of Houseflies which is itself enough to spread dengue. Worst in cleanliness. Carry a mosquito bat while traveling to this hospital. The people in reception also behave lazy in paper work. I almost waited for 3 hours to get one discharge summary.

In icu room at 2nd floor no female nurse is not working properly no female nurse is helping to the patients even for urination. Very worst in female nurse work in ICU 2nd floor near Angiogram room.

Government hospitals are better than this.. that much irresponsible medical service.. one of the real fact is nurses service are un ethical along with rudeness with patient and family.. no proper communication.. even we approach any concern,they shouting and show arrogant behaviour.. i suspect whether they are study or not because basic knowledge and proper practice are not provided for the patient.. only show up .. Definitely it might lead a black Dot on organisation dignity.. entire review are possess for the poor nursing service.. ongoing nursing education is important for the staffs.. other wise they won't change there attitude.. no medical rounds of consultant doctor team . Can't expect better care from this facility.. overall dissatisfaction...

Highlights, 1. Uneducated and inexperienced nurses and attenders. 2. Impolite behaviour right from the security to the nurse. 3. 10000+ rupees per day for unclean,untidy and low quality rooms (check photos) 4. Nobody gonna check you until you make the payment. (My friend had to wait 4 hours in the reception with a zig zag wrist. No one even asked him what happened until he arranged and paid 20k with the broken hand.) 5. Well educated and experienced doctors btw. Experience- Two weeks back my friend had an accident and someone admitted him in this hospital. It is the worst hospital I have ever scene. They are charging 10000+ rupees per day for a very nasty room. Ants were everywhere and my friend even on sedation after the surgery had to wake up multiple times by the ant bite. I would not suggest anyone to get admit here.
