Dr. Salem Medical Center Hospital

Money minded. Dont prefer this hospital especially for cashless claims. They providing cashless along with that they collecting full treatment amount from the patient. Even after receiving cashless approval they not yet refunding the deposit amount after 1 month also. Worst hospital management

Worst hospital in salem...don't visit here money minded....only for drips they forcing to stay 24 hrs admit..... lethargic staffs....

Worst people in medical field I ever met. Laughing at the patient for not knowing the procedure, who should know ? the nurse and doctor or patient? Worst. Went for urinary tract infection with horrible pain, made me to explain my situation for like an hour.

While seeing the doctor padmini mam. The receptionist ( the two staffs who is in the position of maintaining the op numbers.. ) their way of treating the patients is very worst. I'm very disappointed. But doctor padmini mam she is very kind and polite The way of receptionist handling the patient especially this day very poor......

Doctor is good but the hospital staffs particularly nurse, ward members and receptionist are treating the patient very worst. They are treating the patients like objects. Even though doctor is good because of hospital staffs they will loose their customers.

Worst management. I got my discharge certificate after much effort that too incomplete and after that doctor declined to give emergency certification even though he and their management promised me before undergoing surgery. Please don't waste your money here. Beware!!!

Its ok. All necessary care available

Pls read this before get admitting here, i am sharing my experience below In this hospital there r few things that is good and there are few things that's not. Good things are : 1.Doctors are good in terms of approach and diagnosis by asking questions to patients when comparing others outside. 2. Environment of the hospital 3. Availability of transport, food and assistance for the patients when arriving to hospital. 4. At the day time one nurse will be there (short height,dark skinned, bit fat) (name not clear but she's coming from the place vaazhapady - she is kind and expert at her job) Worst things which should be changed: 1. Doctors will not be available all the time or atleast most of the time (only available incase of emergency or the patient is dying in vain) 2. Only nurse's taking care of the patients by making phone calls to doctors to discuss what medicine need to give for patients. 3.No more than 3 nurse is available in day and in night only 1 nurse will be available. 4.you need to call the nurse all the time for connecting and disconnecting the trips bottle from the patient. 5.If u call the nurse for emergency sometime they will come after 30 minutes or atleast they will take 10 minutes to arrive near patient. 6. Very Costly and also not providing the service according to the cost. 7. Several times of blood tests for a patient in a day and this will happen daily 8. The hospital management will demand you to get admitted if u need treatment from the hospital. (Such a worst thing ) 9. Room Rent is expensive and very high that a normal middle class people can't afford for a long time stay due to illness. 10. Room Rent per day is mentioned below as per hospital management: Per day room rent : 2000 Cleaning and sanitary charges: 1000 Application charges and admitting charges: 1000 (one time applicable for the 1st day only) Room size approx : 10 x 10 with attached bathroom Total 4000 All this charges mentioned above are for only one day stay. 11. Very Very Very Slow diagnosis since there is no availability of doctor mostly and they will make you stay there earning nicely. Think all of the above points and then decide. May you and your beloved ones may recover soon and be in good health. Note to hospital: Pls consider and change accordingly otherwise your critical times may not in distance. Love
