Who gave you the rights to beat the nurses who work in this hospital? Do you have the rights to do that? Whether her family members gave an rights to treat in irrespectful manner.A nurse working in your hospital is giving that punishment to only one person without any investigation or hearing any justice from both sides. What rights do you have?..Your management has trusted the nurse to come and treat her properly. Investigate both sides to see which side is right, make a decision based on that, and resolve the problem. Till now, you have not taken any action against an employee who worked for your management.

Treatment and care was good. Doctor's care and diagnosis was adequate and I was relieved of my dehydration issues within 12 hours. However, the procedure for discharge from the Hospital needs a lot of streamlining and remove the agony from the patients. Delays need to be avoided.

Hospitality and treatments are good.. Pharmacy head was Rude with every patient and people coming for already pain and make them hurt in more painful words... I was awaited in 30 mins almost 20 patients not having good opinion on pharmacy people responses ... even I checked with pharmacy person as well about the incharge behaviour they also not able to tolerate.. Live incident patient came for returning medicine waited 30mins and lost patience keep on asking incharge how long takes incharge response was read terms and condition applies . Instead of that no return refund can mentioned while giving people will be alert . Such a worst experience this kind of irresponsible people on medical industry

Very worst treatment hospital and very worst behaviour staff handling. I am visied Gopi hospital for lab test. Staffs not responding correctly..lethogically staffs answering..i asked to meet manager and staff just seeing mobile phone continusely and saying manager is in meeting..vety worst experience.. Please managament must order their staffs strictly avoid mobile phones during office time. Worst behaviour staffs and management.. Poor experience.....

I strongly recommend Dr. Praveen sir for kidney stones surgery. He explain the reality and his simplicity is something I admire a lot.

I Admitted My Brother in law For pedal edema & Cardiac problem. Doctor's Cared well & Nurses Too. Cleanliness, facilities are good . But Management is Not Good . They Said can discharge at 11 am But Till 4 pm we r in Hospital everything getting late and also poor response for Billing,returning medicine,etc Hospital wise Okay But Mostly Disappointed with final process during Discharge. Kindly Management Consider This Review. Because we Want to travel for more then 3 hrs .

The dialysis unit in Gopi hospital is under the supervision of the most competent and experienced Nephrologist Dr . Jones Ronald and MD.amd Nephrolist Dr. Hari Janakiraman The dialysis unit in Gopi hospital is very good. Efficient and experienced technicians take care of the patients very well. Most of them are compentent enough to take care of with ' any emergency situation In my suggestion to the management more technicians should be appointed for the smooth running of the dialysis unit and to maintain a little more hygienic condition.

The Neprology department is fantastic. We consulted Dr. Jones Ronald for a procedure, He makes sure the patient is at ease and focus on things that is really needed. thank you Dr. This department nurses are highly qualified, very attentive, and responsive. They are very prompt in helping, Caring and Quick. I highly recommend this doctor and his team for consultation and treatment.
