Today, I visited the hospital for an OP consultation. To reduce waiting time, I had already completed the required tests a day earlier, as advised by the doctor during my previous visit. However, this time my experience was very disappointing. There was a lack of proper communication, excessive waiting time, and no adherence to the "first come, first served" approach. For a 10-minute consultation with the doctor, I had to wait for more than two hours. I hope the hospital can improve its organization and management to provide patients with a smoother experience in the future.

Visited Dr. Manivannan at Salem Kauvery for my mother's Total knee replacement. The doctor was very professional and he explained in depth about the procedure. The entire surgical process went on well. The nursing care was excellent and they took care of each and every need smoothly. The guest relation coordinator Mrs. Reshma was indeed helpful each time we called. Thanks to the entire team for smooth hospitalisation.
