We had very good experience with this lab. They took proper ownership and get the blood samples collected and while giving the report, they explains about the range in the result and what needs to be followed avoided in terms of food. I express my sincere thanks to the Bewell hospital lab team!

The management process is the worst. The duty doctor and nurse did their services very well. The front end staff response is really bad. Particularly the insurance section is delaying in registering the claim and due to this discharge is getting delayed. It's better to do the claim intimidation by ourselves rather than depending on the hospital which could save our money. So many are standing at the reception and all are hospital staffs but no one is responsible.

I had an excellent experience at BeWell Hospital for my ganglion cyst surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and highly attentive. The doctors thoroughly explained the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. The surgery was smooth, and the post-operative care was outstanding, with nurses providing constant support and guidance. The hospital maintained a high standard of hygiene, and the recovery process was much easier than I expected. I am truly grateful for the expertise and care I received and highly recommend BeWell Hospital to anyone in need of quality surgical treatment

Thanks to Dr.Nivedha (General Surgeon) at BeWell hospitals. She took good care of my daughter. She explained the surgery procedures in detail and answered all my questions with patience and care, making us feel comfortable and well-informed. I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment. My father visited BeWell Hospital (Pondicherry) for consultation in 1st March 2025, and was asked to pay a registration fee of Rs.150, as it was his first visit. However, when he returned for a follow-up check-up a few days (on 8th March, 2025), the receptionist once again demanded the same Rs.150 registration fee. Upon questioning, the receptionist shockingly informed him that this fee is to be paid every time a patient visits the hospital. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely unreasonable! To make matters even worse, we encountered another issue at the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff initially quoted Rs.490 for the medicines and returned Rs.10 as change after receiving Rs.500. However, when we requested a printed bill, we were shocked to see that the actual amount on the bill was only Rs.388. The pharmacy staff had returned an additional Rs.100 to adjust the difference in the amount received. How can such discrepancies be allowed? This is blatant dishonesty and a complete lack of transparency. This is not the first time we have encountered such issues at BeWell Hospital - in fact, this is the second time my family has faced similar problems. This speaks volumes about the hospital's unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. The management needs to seriously address these concerns, take immediate corrective action, and ensure that such unethical practices are stopped. It is high time that they start focusing on serving patients with the respect and fairness they deserve, rather than engaging in such exploitative and fraudulent practices. I attempted to call the hospital to inquire about this discrepancy, but received no proper updates. I am left uncertain whether the person who answered or transferred the call was actually a senior executive capable of addressing and validating these issues, or if they were simply pretending to be a representative just to handle the call without offering any real solutions. I strongly urge BeWell Hospital to take immediate action to rectify these issues. Until then, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hospital to anyone.

Be careful...they will charge twice the Bill amount. During the initial discussion with a doctor from BE WE'LL for a knee surgery they quoted 2.5 lakhs at the end they shown 4.75 lakhs , till last minute of discharge they never shown any parts of the bill amount. Better avoid this hospital.The hospital management was misusing the insurance amount of the patients. Later i got this from previous patients who got treatment from this Hospital.They will utilise the full amount it doesn't matter how much higher insurance coverage you have. As well as they will take huge amount from your pocket as well. My sincere advice was to avoid this Hospital.

The house keeping staff was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning my room, and I was very satisfied with the overall service.
