I had a very disappointing experience at Prabhu Hospital. The doctor timing was extremely poor -- even after waiting for a long time, there was no clear communication about when the doctor would be available. They charged a very high amount without giving any proper bill or explanation, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Also, the hospital lacks proper medical facilities and does not seem equipped to handle basic patient needs properly. I hope the management seriously looks into these issues and makes improvements. As of now, I would not recommend this hospital to others.

They charged 3500 just for a "procedure" without explaining what was done, and gave us a vague bill with no proper details -- just the word "PROCEDURE." There was no clear communication from the staff or doctor, and the overall facility lacked the basic standards you expect from a hospital. No proper medical care, no explanation, just a high charge and a stamp saying "Cash Paid." Very disappointed with the way patients are treated here. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for responsible or transparent healthcare.

My father underwent appendix surgery at this hospital, and the care provided by the doctors and nurses was exceptional. Ms. Sathya, the dietician, thoroughly explained the post-surgery dietary guidelines and continued to assist us with valuable diet advice even during the follow-up visit. Thanks to the entire hospital team for their outstanding support and dedication.

Worst experience in Prabhu hospital. This hospital is not following the GST bill. And also nursing staff made a critical error, but instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the patient. They are open on Sundays as well to care for patients, which is commendable. If I ever have any health issues, I would prefer this hospital without hesitation. To my knowledge, many hospitals in Pollachi remain closed on Sundays, but this one understands people's difficulties and provides much-needed support.

Am admitting two days before. Good services, nursing staffs, house keepings all are good. Treatment is too good. Thanks to management.
