I met Dr. Vivekanandan. I had a wonderful experience. The treatment I received was excellent, and the doctor was very experienced, treating patients with great care. The nurses were friendly, humble, and attentive throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional care and friendly staff.

We met Mr.Dr.Vivekanandan ortho specialist for my wife's foot ankle sprain. Very experienced and treat the patients like very good manner. His kindness, care of patients is wonderful. Doctor fees also worth and satisfied. Explanation of treatments very transparent. Go with blindly..

Went for treatment last week. Nurses were humble and caring. House keeping, staff's are very polite and maintain the rooms very neat and clean. Good recovery

As per my personal experience it's giving a very good ambience and comfort. 24/7 availability of staffs is really appreciable.. Major specialities of medicine along with ICU and dental / physiotherapy services also there for us. CT scan digital X ray ECG kind of important investigations also available under one roof..My personal wishes to the Management and wish the doctors to continue their good service..

I went to Dr. Vivekanandan in April 2013 (his clinic was located on Avanam Road) for treatment after a bike accident. He recommended that I undergo an X-ray, CT scan, and MRI to diagnose the source of my L2 pain. I spent over 8K at that time for the diagnosis, but unfortunately, my L2 pain did not improve. As a result, I decided to visit the Thanjavur National Pharma Hospital, where they only conducted a single X-ray and suggested three weeks of physiotherapy. Surprisingly, I experienced significant improvement through this treatment. Since that day, I have chosen not to continue seeing Dr. Vivekanandan for medical care. Unfortunately, a few days ago, I brought a relative of mine to treat food poisoning at 11:30 pm. The duty doctor appeared highly unprofessional and charged 400 for the consultation, while also prescribing medicines that amounted to 542. Although money is not the primary concern, the issue was not resolved. The next morning, I took my relative to the GH (Government Hospital), where they received proper treatment and were admitted for one day. Thankfully, my relative recovered.

My cousin was admitted in this hospital. This hospital is not eligible for single star rating. The Doctor's are worthless. They don't know how to diagnose a wounds or broken bones. Especially the nurses they are like PreKG students. They are behave like Dumb. They admitted my cousin in private ward but they forgot the patients. Every time we told him there is one soul on 1st floor please come and visit give the prescription. In first urine test my cousin infected germ infection in urine. We ask next urine test to the duty doctor in night shift. But he rejected that and told to me there is no need to take test. This is normal it's automatically resolved in two to three days. After I moved my cousin from that hospital to Madurai Velammal Hospital. They told there is severe germ infection in urine. This Neevi sugam hospital is waste of time and money. This after I never ever visit this hospital in my life.
