Good hospitality! My daughter has been blessed with a male baby few days back under the treatment of Dr Aarthi Harish. Thank you doctor for your kind treatment, patience. Duty nurses attention over the patients round the clock was really good. Thank you nurses for your kind service.

The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the hygiene standards followed. The process for admission and discharge was smooth, although there was a bit of waiting time which could be improved.

I visited the hospital recently and had a great overall experience. The doctors, nurses, and welcoming staff were all professional, kind, and attentive -- I truly appreciate their service. However, I had a poor experience at the pharmacy. Except for one gents who was helpful, the rest of the staff seemed inexperienced. I had to spend nearly an hour just to get my medicines. I kindly request the hospital to assign more experienced personnel to the pharmacy to help reduce waiting time and improve efficiency. Thank you.

Very worst hospital the reception and billing staffs are not polite. Even though booked appointment the wait time is more, I had a very bad experience in Waiting more than 1.5 hrs just for the scan.. The cost for the treatment is very high, it will not suitable for middle class and lower middle class people.. As it's multi-speciality there are no ambulance readily available, the ICU without AC, most of the high end facilities are not available..In Nilakottai surroundings there is not hospital with these facilities so it's a chance for this one to get more patients and more revenue..Money minded hospital..
