My recent visit to Sathyam Hospital related to my indigestion problems were well attended by Dr Prabhakaran, they treated me as their family member with extra care is much appreciable

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent hospital visit. There was no proper information provided at any stage, and the waiting time to see the doctor was extremely long, even with a scheduled appointment. To make things worse, the nurses were not responding properly to questions or requests. They seemed indifferent and unwilling to help, which added to the stress and discomfort. A hospital should be a place of care and clarity, but sadly, I didn't experience either during my visit.

I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding the conduct of the cashier at your hospital, which is both unprofessional and deeply concerning. The ignorance and delay in processing medical certificates, despite the attending doctor having already approved them. This unnecessary hold-up caused by the cashier not taking appreciate action not only frustrates patients but can have real life consequences -- such as delays in submitting official documentation for sick leave, insurance claim. This behavior is damaging the reputation of your hospital and eroding trusting in your service. Special note: I appreciate the doctor who helped me getting those medical certificate even though he is out of station. The doctors are very responsible and very good at taking care of patients. No compliances on staffs too.

Don't Come this hospital. This Doctor not fit for this provisional because im waiting around 1pm to 2.20pm not me only my wife and my daughter she 3yrs old very hungry to sit and wait. But the receptionist also don't know when doctor come OPD. 28 yrs senior need responsibility but she not like that so no one come here incase any emergency she may behave like this

Sathyam hospital is the number one advanced laparoscopic centre in Nagercoil.All staffs are good approaching.

My friend has liver cancer and admitted over Sathyam Hospital.The doctors over here started treatment for her and now after the treatment she is really well cured from cancer and thanks to God and thanks to the doctors over there for there support's, care, and also for the excellent treatment.
