Dr. Guru Multispeciality Hospital

We had a very disappointing experience at Guru hospital Madurai , which was recommended under the ECHS scheme for my father he has a gastro problem,,, he was 78 years old more than 12 hours me and my father were waiting just for the formality they took ECG, Eco ,blood check up and scan also, finally they said no problem,, but actually he have a gall bladder stone problem,,, we want to meet gastro doctor,but we meet only general doctor,,, we can't able to meet gastro doctor. Friends please avoid taking a risk with this hospital,,, I could give a 0 rating for this hospital. ECHS claim holders are suffering a lot. The central government must take proper They are doing common check up only for all the patients.not a proper treatment......

I had a Very worst service in guru . I won't recommend this hospital to anyone . They had no good service with patients . Their only goal is to take money from us even If you have echs claim they will be asking for money... The room charges are 3 times extra than normal hospital in madurai . And the nurses and doctors are not taking any situation seriously. Please consider before going to this hospital for treatment .

Really which is comfort to communicate with doctors. Staffs were friendly to talk with the patients and attender. Taking special care for patients and there are nothing issues. Everything is satisfied.

Very poor staff & you need to follow up everything here. Doctors are good but you will find difficulties to see him even after with proper appointment. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone

PROBLEM - NO BENCH OR SMALL COUCH FOR ATTENDER IN SEMI PRIVATE ROOM. I was disappointed to find that the hospital lacks a basic amenity - sleeping arrangements for attenders at night in sharing room. As a private hospital, I believe it's essential to provide this fundamental comfort to those caring for patients. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary provisions. Otherwise good hospital, excellent doctors, nurses and admin staffs

They will ask for insurance sum assured . Dont give any hint . Final bill will be hiked max sum assured . Discharge will be delayed for me it wss four days from what doctor told which is mainly because of insurance team.You will be emotionally drained by them . , I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and response from your team. Its my first review even though l have some bad experience i never thought of posting a review. I was so frustrated that i made this review on this same day . I also would like to acknowledge that the services provided by the doctors, nurses, and other staff were excellent, and their care was truly appreciated. My suggestion is if you are non insurance patient i would suggest this hospital but if you are insurance based then i will be a hell for you. If you dont have any medical knowledge they will easily convince to pay as much as possible from you . Be careful if you are claim is based on insurance

We had a very disappointing experience at Guru hospital Madurai , which was recommended under the ECHS scheme for my father-in-law, a CLL patient. Instead of administering oral medicine as advised, they proceeded with chemotherapy, leading to multiple infections and serious complications. Despite the ECHS claim, the hospital made us stay for extended days with little to no proper treatment or monitoring. The lack of responsiveness and communication only made his condition worse, causing immense distress for our family. I do not recommend this hospital and hope they improve their standards of patient care. Friends, please avoid taking any risks with this hospital. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. ECHS claim holders are suffering greatly. The central government must take proper action. No hospital is providing adequate support for ECHS claim holders. ECHS is meant to support ex-servicemen, but it is failing to do so.

Money minded corrupted hospital, no skilled doctors and nurses.. i lost my mother because of their treatment.. especially i want to mention about insurance team mr. Vijay, he need money for his pocket... hospital management should take action against him...
