Had good experience here. Nurses are good. They ask for suggestions and make them happen within 24 hours. Neat and clean. The emergency section doctors are very patient and explains the situation of the patients to whatever doubts the relatives might have. Very fast and action driven. Dr.Devados himself still comes silently to do operations till date. Hats off to him. His son and daughter-in-law are.also doctors. His son patiently goes around each and every bed to see patients face to face, talk with them. Motivate them and helps in finding solutions for some problems within a period of time. This hospital has two sets of Physiotherapists to take care of very highly required patients in schedule round the clock on day time and upto 8 pm I think. Rooms have all what is neede for an inn patient. There are various common halls for doctors, mainly specialists, coming from outside, for patients to wait, sitting in chairs, with A/c. One defect I feel, please have the common toilets cleaned and maintained properly with good ventilators. Next coming to canteen. Very good. Patients food is completely taken care by dieticians who cordinate with the canteen staffs. Also people who visit patients and the attenders can have various variety of food, as per their wish. They have coffee taken up to distribute to anyone who are with patients. Also you get very good juice varities in pure fresh form from the canteen, as per your orders. One more suggestion is, please let all staffs know the timings of specialists visiting day and time schedules. This can save energy and time for patients who have to wait on review times. At the most I found it very good private hospital . Thanks for the service to one and all

Worst hospital ever! The doctors, nurses and staff has NO concern for patients. All they want is to collect as much money as possible. This is not a service. This is pure business. Totally disappointed with their approach and their so called "service". This is my story.. My father met with a minor bike accident and he needed a simple and proper first aid treatment. They did an unwanted CT brain scan, and even tried to convince us for an Xray! And when he was discharged from the hospital no one gave us any guidance as in when we should revisit the hospital for next dressing or what and how should the wounds be treated, nothing! Their only concern was MONEY.

My Mother got admitted here for Knee joint replacement. Following are my points 1. Experienced Doctors 2. Nurses & Attenders Hospitality are very good. 3. Knowledgeble & Experienced doctors & physiotherapists I recommend 100%

Dental procedures are too expensive. MONEY MINDED PROCEDURES WITH DENTAL . Every procedures RC , cap, temporary filling charging too high . We r in position not to complete the procedures of RC due to personal reasons after which the dentist Dr approach were rude and disinterested to complete the needful procedures, moreover charged high inspite of request pls look into it ,don't cheat the people , very much disappointed its hard-earned of people

Before i bring 5* but my mind says onething only Indias no 1 worst hospital my mind says it is not hospital its like devils kitchen no one understands any issues here they diognose one thing but treat another thing totaly they are unknowledgeble and know one thing no doctors here becase any emergency time nurses only come and treated they not carring i has admited my relation normely but they treat after he speachless and unconsiously ubnormel my openion dont go there , goverment hospitals is best to compare here
