Admitted my father for a urinary infection post kidney stone removal, they treated it really well and made him comeback to normal. Thanks to Dr.Sankar he is very kind and straight to the point. Post treatment follow ups alone is actually making us suffer a lot as we are going for a follow up for multiple doctors they ask to choose online appointments to avoid queue but the actual reception staffs doesn't take that into count they give importance to people who come directly then why do these things that's not fair. The visiting time and waiting time defenitely has to be reduced and the above mentioned online appointment with payment has to be rectified.

In recent time my mother got sick due to some viral infection. She was admitted in Apollo hospital Madurai. She was in very bad condition and she was always dependent with someone help to go for rest rooms. Nursing incharge Irish took care of my mon with her team. She was really like made us to feel like home as we are being taken care of our own. Kudos to team nursing all nursing staff took care of my mother like their own till her recovery. Thanks to apollo hospital and their management. Keep serving god bless u all

We would like to personally appreciate the housekeeping team, especially Ms. T. Ramalakshmi. She did her job with great perfection and humility. The way she interacted with us was very friendly and respectful. We are extremely happy with her work. Her warm welcome and beautiful smile truly made a difference -- it felt like a mental therapy, spreading positive energy around us.

I admitted my father for an angioplasty surgery. Dr. Karuppaiah successfully completed the operation. He is a responsive and kind person. One more thing--the nurses and the staff provided excellent service. Overall, I would rate Apollo Hospital very highly for its quality care and professionalism.

To say it frankly the hospital is very nice, not only the atmosphere but also the experience. They treated my mother very well who got severe heart attack by mid night she had two blocks. One in veins and the other in artery. I will be more happy if they allowed to see inside the ccu theatre atleast if they install a new mirror through which the visitors can see the patients. It was the only thing that was negative for them in my point. Also at the time corona virus the serve the public very well even my father was admitted there and got recoverd. If they rectify the thing that I have given they deserve a 10 stars for 5

I'd like to give my feedback for the house keeping guys sathya and Vallimalar.These people are very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours. Always ready to render there services whenever required.
