One of worst hospital..."The doctor didn't seem to listen to my concerns and just rushed through the appointment." "I felt like the doctor was dismissive of my questions and didn't explain things clearly." "The doctor was cold and impersonal, making me feel uncomfortable." Treatment Outcomes: "The treatment didn't address my problem, and I'm still experiencing pain/symptoms." "I felt like the doctor's diagnosis was inaccurate, and I later received a different diagnosis from another doctor." And the one of the most important thing this hospital money minded.. incase of emergency means if we go hospital first they got admitted then within in a second they admitted in ICU.... nothing serious but they admitted in ICU...i don't understand it's fully fake treatment... worst worst worst

The medical service here is average but staff is not at all hospitable. I'd suggest if the could have a proper token system for OPD and a people friendly staff and doctor, it'd benefit people. The patients could be given the dignity of humans. The facility could benefit from a doctor who empathises with the patients instead of politely humiliating them. I've never seen patients being scared to talk to a doctor about their problems. No matter who refers you to this place, go to this place if you can't find any other competent facility. They make you undergo all the unnecessary tests. Cons- Financially draining, limited staff, rude staff, unhygienic facility, callous doctor. Pros- None

One of the Worst hospital I have ever been into. From the front desk, nurses and till doctor they don't even care or respect humans . Even in Veterinary hospitals pets are given more respect than this. From the way they speak patient will get heart ache. Nurses are like some gundas waiting to charge you.They are 100% money minded. Please don't fall into their traps. They don't even listen or listen to patient or the relatives. Even if someone refer you please try to get into some other good hospitals for what you have been referred. I would have given zero star if there was an option.

Here my grandfather underwent heart treatment for nearly 6 years. All these years he regularly went for his monthly checkup, even during the pandemic. But all these years his heart condition worsened. The doctor who treated him didn't reveal his exact condition to him. Without knowing this we didn't take any for his treatment also. Later he passed away due to cardiac arrest. Thats when we came to know about his heart condition. All these years his exact heart condition was not informed to the family when we asked, nor anything was informed to my grandfather when he went for his checkup.

Very good hospital for emergency care ,doctor and staff are good caring, very neat and hygienic surrounding.

Good Hospitality Dr.Justin Jacob was terrific ,knowledgeable, sensitive, informative.Staffs was great too..The overall experience. Highly recommended
