I bought medicine in every month, medical staffs are not have an attention on customers. They concentrate only on their mobile or out door pedestrian. Today have a worst experience she print a bill then seated on the chair scroll her mobile for 10 minutes till I was asked where is my tablets? when she shocked and realised I'm here. Management must monitoring their duty.

One of the best cardiologist in kovilpatti region. The doctor is quite experienced, polite and gives good response and suggestions to our queries. I went to show my general reports and he read my overall reports and suggested me on my food habits and to practice some good exercises.

Treatment and doctor's way of approach is very good. But the way the staffs are treating us is very lethargic. Whenever we came to get the medicine,there will be a mistake in giving the medicine.Staffs used to comment by themselves and it will take much time while giving the medicine.I feel like....they should be little more conscious on this. Hope will rectify next time. Thank you!

I have lost my report, Tried getting a copy by giving date of check up, It was worst experience, Its been more than 15days,Also visited 3 times during this COVID - Omicron variant spread, waited for 1hr each time. It was informed only doctor should take the reports and give, why cant the staffs inform doctor and get the reports. Only lame excuses are given but no output. @Owner: Please take necessary action.

My Exp : We're went to the Tiruchendur temple last week my mother got mild pain on the chest we are not able to recognize this is Heart pain even thiruchedur local hospital also not able to identified from ECG test ,Then started senthur exp train to Madurai while travel she got heavy pain over the chest and called emergency from railway dept the train has been stopped 15min in kovilpatti, Then station master recommended Dr.Balamurugan cardio specialist ,I decided to go recommended place Hospital name is Anubala Heart center Near AKS Theater ,Dr.Balamurugan taken first aid and declared as Heart attack on the ECG report ,without asking us any money he took all treatment ,We are new on the kovilpatti. He said need to monitor another 24 hours to take necessary treatments I said ok. Very Good doctor (Balamurugan) in Kovilpatti, He is a cardio specialist never think about money and charges also very less even ICO Emer admission, Speaks too very real think make sense.

The bestest cardiologist i ve ever met . He is such a genuine doctor. I really loved his approach towards his patients. Such a down to earth doctor who gives immediate response to the patients. I personally know him and i met him in tuty GH , even the OP exceeds above 117 he will see the patients very patiently.god bless you sir .
