Dr. Annai Medical Centre

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen 1) There is no cleanliness in toilet. Co-patient vomitted in bathroom and it was not cleaned for nearly one day. This is in covid care section. 2) Very rude behaviour of hospital staff. Especially the one on OP desk and Reception desk. Don't even know on how the handle customers. There is no proper answer for any questions asked. 3) There is no proper Doctor visit and still they charged Rs.13000 for doctor charges 4) No final doctor consultation during discharge. Doctor was simply not available during discharge and no advise provided on post-treatment care. The post treatment care advise was provided by receptionist. I think in this hospital even receptionist finished medicine degree to provide advise

Nice patient care and treatment, Ward room very hygienic.Nurses and other employees gave timely service.The doctors attending were very kind in explaining the treatment.

Latest medical facility is available and cardiologist available

Very worst management services, they treating the attenders very worst , we are paying money for the treatment, this is not govt hospital , why i have to sleep on the floor only , the employees will sleep on the benches ah.

Please do not go to this hospital at any cost. They are running the hospital with only trainee nurses and trainee doctors. Doctors are not at all worthy and inefficient and Only money minded doctors. Really not sure they have studied their degree at the right college. They are telling in the last minute that they cannot continue the treatment and go to different hospital. Please please do not go there and consult the doctors.Not recommended.
