Excellent medical service : Emergency care was exceptional with clear and patient explanations . Duty/Ward doctors were also excellent especially by duty doctors : Angel,Ajay and Sasi. HERE IS THE PAIN POINT ; Either half baked or inexperienced staffs ( Nurses ). Pathetic experience in creating an IV line for medication. Duty nurses struggle to prick an IV line. Everytime an experienced SPOC from ICU department has to be called for IV. Other than that Nursing department has to ensure patient Vs Nurse ratio . My mother was admitted for over 2 weeks. Not even a day was full staff deployed during night shifts. For the entire second floor only 3 nurses for over 12 patients. Putting it in black and white: Non clinical department especially Nursing needs lot of attention. Senior nurses has to be deployed. The nurses present look and behave like school/college students. Special thanks to nurses: Jennifer, Usha, Monisha for their patience and empathy towards elderly patients .

We've been consulting Dr. Kavitha Senthil ma'am at Gunam Hospital for the past 1.5 years, and I must say she has been truly exceptional. Throughout my wife's pregnancy, she provided us with the best care, patience, and support. Her guidance made our journey smooth, and we're genuinely grateful for her dedication. The nursing staff in the gynecology department have also been extremely helpful and kind especially Geetha, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warmth added a lot of comfort during our visits and hospital stay. Now, for our baby, we've been consulting Dr. Nagaraj sir, and we are equally happy with the way he guides and supports us. He is knowledgeable, reassuring, and explains everything clearly. However, I would like to humbly bring to the hospital management's attention the ongoing issues with the pediatric nursing team. Since our child's birth, we've faced several difficulties due to the attitude and handling of the nurses in that department. Their approach lacks the care and sensitivity that's essential when dealing with newborns and anxious parents. I sincerely request the management to look into this matter and consider improving the quality and attitude of the pediatric nursing staff, as it plays a crucial role in the overall care experience. Gunam has been wonderful in many ways, and I hope this feedback helps make it even better.

Worst experience Treatment not good. Ambulance driver not good and hurry hurry treatment and scan followed. No pre planned scan procedure follow. Staff handling the baby worst. Not disclose the treatment details. Everytime different doctor came for checking... No regular follow up by doctors too... Really worst experience... Please go any other hospitals.

Treatment: Dr. Karthick Pandian sir and Dr. Femin Glora mam provided excellent care for my viral fever. I felt much better by the time I was discharged. Karthick sir's expertise and care made a noticeable difference in my recovery. Room Service: The room assigned to me was kept extremely neat and tidy, with housekeeping staff regularly coming to maintain cleanliness. They made sure both the room and restroom were always spotless. Overall, I highly recommend this hospital for treatment due to the exceptional care and service provided.

I visited Gunam hospital today and my experience was beyond excellent. Mr. Pradeep Kumar was an excellent doctor guiding us through all our problems. He was also comfortable with multiple languages and not just that but his practical advice on stuff was very useful. The staff in the hospital are very friendly and I appreciate their kindness in their treatment. By the far the best experience I could have asked in any hospital

Treatment: Dr. Udayakumar sir given an excellent treatment to my mother affected fever, due to urine infection. My family members felt much better treatment when compared with other hospital's, Mr. Udayakumar sir, took special care for my mother speedy recovery. Nurses: Nursing services are excellent & taking care like a family members. Really proud of them. Room Service: The room is always maintaining that very neat and clean, Very often, the housekeeping supervisor are coming for verifications of the room services, The Green coat staffs are working very sincerely. Home services. Recently started a home services for after the discharge also. (With reasonable cost and within the time line) Overall, i recommend this hospital for treatment due to the exceptional care and excellent service provided by them.
