The doctor made a poor clinical decision during our delivery that led to unnecessary complications. Another doctor told us it could have been easily avoided with better judgment. Less than 1 star not available..

Most worst experience ever...I found Dr. Manjula to be incredibly condescending and disrespectful. They spoke to me in a very patronizing tone, as if my questions were foolish. When I tried to ask for clarification on my diagnosis, they gave short, impatient answers and even sighed. A doctor should make you feel comfortable discussing your health, but this interaction left me feeling belittled and anxious. Their unprofessional demeanor made for a very unpleasant and unhelpful visit.
Please try to avoid this hospital, I recently went there for a friend of mine, and we had a very bad experience. We had to get discharge forcefully as they werent ready to let us go. Please dont go to this hospital, When you consult them, they say serious words to make us admit in their hospital. Like if we step out we may end up in dead or similar, if they say something like that, please go have a second opinion in another hospital. Their whole agenda is to get money from all the patients as much as they can. The consultation of a normal doctor costs 3000 or more while you are admitted there. And ultimately, the nurses there dont help you, but confuses you and shows such enormous attitude.
For the past 6 months, I have booked appointment to see cardiologist in deepam hospitals guduvanchery nearly 4 to 5 times. But never able to see him till now. They will say doctor will come at 5.30pm and last minute they will around 5.30 and inform doctor went for surgery. So cancelled OP. Today also same. Doctor op time 6.30pm. We reached hospital. 6.45pm they are saying doctor went for surgery. So cancelled OP. Don't know why they are not informing before so that we can go for some other hospital before itself. Before surgery, I am sure patient will get admitted atleast 3 to 4 hours before. So why they are canceling OP and informing at neck of moment. Please cancel services which you are not providing.
Money minded hospital. They don't care about patient's time or money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I had an extremely worst experience. 1. Endoscopy Report Delay - They took 4 days to send my endoscopy picture and after that 4 days of wait I got a image which was blur and not clear. So I asked them to send the video but till date they didn't provide the endoscopy video despite multiple follow-ups. 2. Insurance Assistance Failure - For two days, no one picked up my call and finally one fine day they responded and asked for a doctor's prescription and other details. After that no response for 1 week, so I had to call again, after that informed me that surgery details were missing and I needed to visit the hospital in person. It's clear that they didn't take the time to thoroughly review my information beforehand and only checked after I pushed for a response. 3. Unjust Consultation Fee - Even though I had already consulted the doctor, they forced me to pay 350 just to confirm basic surgery details. When I met the doctor, she said the surgery details were already in the prescription. I asked her why the insurance team failed to find these details and made me visit again. Instead of addressing the issue, she defended the insurance team, saying, "They're not doctors; they are like you." If the insurance team is incapable of reading a prescription or verifying basic details, how can they assist patients properly? And they didn't even check properly and made me waste an entire week of time. Instead of solving problems, they made me run around and pay extra for things that should have been addressed immediately.
No proper communication about doctor timing. Please put holiday and go to that hospital for any reason because they will make sure you sit there for hrs, saying doctor will come and he is on the way. Only after seeing patient headcount they will decide whether to call doctors on that day or not.. its like ration shop .. doctor availability is purely based on patient count but they will say doctor will be there on a time and you will never find doctor on that time due to traffic and emergency reasons throughout the year. Go to tambaram or somewhere you will loose some petrol but can save time and peace of mind.

I am at deepam children hospital Guduvanchery now we came to hospital at 11:35 and booked appointment they said your token no is 30 and asked to come after 2:30 when we called them at 2:30 they said doctor went for lunch and will contact us when to come we again checked with them at 3:00 they asked to come. After we came the rudely telling us that other patients waited for more than 1 and half hours and they made us to wait for half hour. We don't understand what kind of behaviour is we could have waited in the hospital itself. The way your staff answered our question is so rude we are not here to get free treatment. Why should we pay money to you guys and get rude answers
