Waiting time is too high, Staffs at reception doesn't know their responsibilities & never intimate the delay in consultation. I waited for 6 hrs to meet the Dr.. even though I took prior appointment. Pleaae do understand people visiting here with pain and suffering, making them to wait such long time is too bad & increases their suffering. Staffs don't have a courtesy to inform the patient about the delay.

One of The Worst Experience. Treatment is not. And also Staff members are too Bad They Mostly aiming for Money. (They are totally money minded people) instead of money nothing itself they don't think patients health. There is no proper facilities. In the hospital there is only Two Wheel chair for the whole hospital and structure are also same like that. When we pay money to Cleaning Worker then only they allow the patient to drop down the wheel chair and structure for patient. For Each drop down we need to pay money. ( One of Poor Maintenance of Management).. Never ever think about room stay of Hospital...No words to say about Hospital Room... Simply Waste... Kindly Go to better speciality Hospital for Good Treatment...
Lot more waiting time for patients. To see doctor you have book an appointment a day before you go there and i personally suggest you to reach the hospital as soon as possible coz the treatment is good so there is crowd of patients. If you reach the hospital at 11am you wil be seeing the doctor at 4pm. So you have to wait 5hr long hour, for normal person its not that much hard but think that you're a patient a have to wait for 5hr with the pain. Better be quick

Doctor's treatment is nice. But the reception staff responses are too bad. They will book appointment without knowing doctor's arrival time. If we are asking the reasons they will suggest you to see the duty doctor even we are paying consultation fees for ortho doctor. Even many peoples following the same because they have waited more than 4 hours. Worst management practices.
The hospital located very near to main road. Patients treated well. Need to get appointments before one day 9 to 11 thats wad only cons
The doctors are very good .They are very polite,calm and they will explain all the options for the treatment and cost wise also it is very effective,they charge less for consultation and also for surgeries. But waiting time is too long,the staffs working there are arrogant,the overall hospital management is very very poor.To get medicine in pharmacy first you have to stand in line and give the prescription and they will give you the bill,you have to take that bill to next room and stand in line and you have to pay the bill there and again bring that bill to pharmacy and stand in line and then get the medicines.This is the level of management in this hospital but treating doctors are good and very much cost effective .
I'm deeply dissatisfied, primarily due to the disheartening management of their billing and insurance processes. The billing machine's persistent malfunction prevented me from obtaining a proper bill, leading to the rejection of my insurance claim. Despite my numerous attempts, the situation has not improved over the past two weeks. The lack of a clear and timely resolution, with promises of a solution repeatedly postponed, has created a highly frustrating scenario. The apparent disconnect between the billing team and their commitment to providing a clear, printed bill has been a major source of concern. It's disheartening to experience such inefficiency in a crucial aspect of healthcare service.The current state of affairs reflects poorly on the overall patient experience, overshadowing the positive aspects of the medical care received. In offering this feedback, I hope to see improvements in the hospital's billing and administrative processes, ensuring a more seamless and stress-free experience for all patients.
